What Do I want From My Life ?

Ever since i grew up i have been asking this question to myself, " What do I want from my life?" Many of us must have asked this question to ourselves at some point in our life. Whenever I asked this question to myself i was disappointed because i had no answer. Finally i started searching for the answer. i started looking at my lifestyle and routine. First of all i started taking out 15 minutes every evening for myself to just think of what i am doing in my life and what i want to do? Why i am not able to decide what i want from my life and do it ? Finally i found that i am not enjoying what i do and i need to change the routine in my life. I also need to take out time for myself. Talk to myself.

What Do I Want From My Life

My Life is full of questions. Do i have all the answers? Can i find peace in my life.

Finding Answers

All the answers that we have regarding our lives are available with us.We need to stop searching for them outside or from somebody else. We will get all the answers from ourselves. We are the source. All we need to do is talk to ourselves. We need to do things that we love to do. We need to take out time for ourselves rather than pleasing others. We need to please ourselves. Love ourselves. Pamper ourselves. Cherish ourselves. We are our own worst enemies and our own best friends too.

Find Yourself

Do We Live To Please Others?

There is a child inside us

1. Buy any random gift for yourself

2. Go to a nearby favorite holiday destination of yours

3. Eat your favorite food for one day no matter how unhealthy that food is.

4. Take a day out to play your favorite sport.

5. Talk to your children/wife/girlfriend/boyfriend about your decision and stand by it.

Just take out one day for yourself and do what you wanted to do.

Deep down inside us we all have a child hidden somewhere, we just need to bring that child out for a day and see how beautiful and happy and clear that day would be. Just be happy for that one day and decide your daily routine that day and for sure complete life will be clear. We will be able to bring a balance in our lives. We need to believe in ourselves.
