A Tingle and a Jingle

Updated on October 3, 2011

A Tingle And A Jingle

If ever you tingle and you jingle

And the world's a happy place,

You know every sins been forgiven

There's no more sin and disgrace

There is no more condemnation

No more fear to meet The Lord,

You've given your heart to Him

You're living by His Precious Word.

You tingle from His Love Blessing

For you've given to Him your heart,

You know you'll be there in Heaven

Forevermore and never to depart.

You can thank Him with a jingle,

Just a happy little song to sing..

You can tell Him how you love Him,

For you can tell Him everything.

You can't keep a secret from Him,

Nor would you ever really want to.

You want Him near you constantly

In whatever you now say or do..

What a difference in your life now

From those days that used to be

When you go to Jesus in contrition

From sin bonds you are really free.

The Lord woke me up early one

morning with the words going through

my head, "tingle and a jingle''I thought

there was no way i could write a poem

out of that. I tried to sleep but I knew

I could not do that, when The Lord gives

something to write I know I may as well

get up because in the morning I would

be sorry. the words would be out of my

head , gone completely. so I get up if

God wants me to write something. To

me it sounded kind of strange but if

He gives me a job to do I try my best

to do it.After all that He has done for

us how can we refuse Him?Gives us

something to think about, doesn't it?

Support Med., I am glad that you found it, I knew it was on there somewhere.I see where it said you write poetry ,too.Do you ever have to get up in the night and write or does God give you a poem at more convenient times?I have them at any time in the night. my husband would wake up and ask me what I was doing at that time.I lost him last Dec. 1 st. Still miss him alot. Clara

I have been getting quite a few comments that really makes you feel like it is worth all the trouble. You know ,when you get something in your head at night you may as well get up and write it because by morning it is gone.I know you have had that happen at times Thanks for the comments Love cherry

Yes, I can see God is still touching your pen! It may be morning, night or noon but when God calls on you to

write, and you feel Him touching your pen you know He has a message. Keep on writing! Your writing is a blessing when God touches your pen as He so often does. Love, Tessie
