A small meditation

Meditation has many benefits. Among those benefits are relaxation, and a decreased stress level. Your blood pressure will lower, heart rate, and breathing to name some. If you meditate on regular bases, you might actually increase your life span. Meditation is safe, relaxing, and it can improve the overall quality of life. You can have better moods, feel less fatigued, and even take years off your age.

If you meditate on a regular basis, you can take five to ten years off of your appearance. It even makes since, because meditation increases your overall wellness.

This is a small meditation to help you with your daily life. It can last as short or as long as you would like it to last. This meditation is meant to give you a boost, without all of the complication.

tense up to relax more


First, tense up your entire body, your neck, your spine, your thighs, legs, ankles feet. Hold this pose for 10 seconds.

Now that you have done that, relax, starting at your head, neck, back, thighs, ankles, and feet. As you relax, breath out. Slowly breath, get a rhythm in your breathing, listen to your breathing, in and out. Concentrate on your breath, breath slow, and listen to it.

Visualize and Breath

Visualize a soft, and radiant, and surrounding you with calmness. Picture that color swishing slowly around you, caressing your skin softly.

Now breath, and picture a soft white light entering and exiting your mouth. As this color enters, it fills your lungs, and the rest of your insides, cleaning out anything that needs to be cleaned, and leaving your body, through your mouth.Now listen to your breathing, deep, in and out, as you are still picturing your blue, and white lights, surrounding you, and entering and exiting your body.

Remember there are many benefits to meditating. It can lower your blood pressure, help aid relaxation, make you age slower, increase your memory, and it helps your moods. It does have several more benefits, and you just can't lose.
