Abraham in mecca

ii. Abraham and Mecca

Within the stipulated time in history, God gave the gift of a son to Abraham, Isma'il, in the elderly. His mother, Hagar, a slave who was presented to Sarah Pharos. Birth make Sarah jealous Isma'il unusual in which he asked that he might break the fraternal relations with putranya.13 Seeing women quarreling in the family, he brought Hagar and Ishmael to a barren land of Mecca, the valley is very hot and not population, as well as shortages of food and beverages. We began to live, Siti Hajar glanced at the empty land around him with feelings of uncertainty with a question to him whether he had left them. He did not answer. Then he asked whether this is the commandment of God? Ibrahim then said yes. Hearing the answer, he said, "If it be so, our God will not be made in vain." In the end, Zamzam water gushes out of the ground barren little wet feet, Isma'il. The springs that make the place as a settlement was first inhabited by tribes Jurhum.14

A few years later Abraham, while visiting his son, telling about a view of thinking:

"And when the boy reached (the age could) tried together Ibrahim, Ibrahim said, 'My son, I have seen in a dream that I must sacrifice. Think So what do you think!' He said, 'O my father, do what is asked of you, God willing, thou shalt find people who wait.' So when they both submitted and he laid her on the forehead (it), (see the patience of both). And I call him, 'O Abraham! You have fulfilled the dream,' Verily, thus do We reward those who do good . Surely this is really a real test. And we ransomed him with a momentous sacrifice. "15

Prophet Ibrahim and Isma'il receive a divine command to build the first holy place on earth as a place of worship,

"Indeed, the house was originally built for the (place of worship) appointed for mankind was that at Bakka (Mecca) blessed and a guidance for all mankind." 16

In other words Bakkah an expression of Mecca, on top of that rock father and son concentrated on the development of the holy Kaaba with an attitude of piety that has faced severe trials and get over it as `aid of God. After finishing the building, the Prophet Abraham prayed,

"Our Lord! I have made some of my offspring in a valley unproductive of fruit near House (House) Dear, O Lord our (such) that they establish the prayer, then some hearts among men with love towards them, and feed them with fruits, hopefully they will be grateful. "17

Not long after that prayer is ejected from Mecca fruitful and will no longer isolated; life growing in the presence of a holy God, Zamzam water, and the people began to reap fertility. Then it became the center of trade flows to Syria, Yemen, Ta'if, and Najd, 18 and the leading cause in which from time to time, the emperor of Aellius Gallus until Nero wanted to spread influence in important stopover city of Mecca to devote every effort to achieve the goal tersebut.19

Apparently there are also other population movements in the Arab peninsula. It should be noted, there were no Jewish refugees, many centuries later, introducing religious persons at the time of the Babylonian exile. They then settled in Yathrib (now Medina), Khaebar, Taima, and Fadak in 587 BC and AD 70 Masehi.20 Nomad tribe continues to change. Tha tribe 'of goose breeds Qahtanian also lived in Madinah. Among them are descendants of the tribes of Aws and Khazraj, later to be known as a people which al-Ansar'21 (a major supporter of the Prophet Muhammad). Banu Haritha, who became known as the Banu Khuza'a, stay in Hejaz replaces the previous population, Jurhum Banu, 22, who later became the custodian of the House or the Kaaba in Mecca. It is they who must take responsibility for producing the Children Lakham keberhalaan.23 system, other tribes of Qahtan, settled in Hira (Kufa, Iraq) where they founded a small country as a buffer between the Arabian Peninsula and the Persian (200-602 AD). 24 Bani Ghassan settled in Syria bottom and establish the kingdom of Ghassan, a retaining state between the Byzantine and Arab, which lasted until 614 masehi.25 Bani Tay occupied the mountainous areas Tayy are tires! Kinda settled in central Arab.26 West in general of all the tribes of the lineage of Prophet Abraham through Isma'il.27

This chapter is not intended to provide information on the city of Mecca before Islam, merely will advance their ancestral relationship of the family members of the Prophet Muhammad. To shorten, I will uncover and track Qusayy birth, the grandfather of the Prophet Muhammad.
