Angels.. Coincidences or Divinity
A Walk with the Angels
How many times have we paused, and then just to look and see,
Intervention by a special figure, so done, which was meant to be?
Who came into our lives, at that one right moment, we all agree,
prevented an injury, or helped someway, and us, a danger to flee?
While driving on a lonesome deserted road, a man crashed in his car,
Did a visit by an angel save him, or was he just under his lucky star?
The being kept his heart to beat, until some medical help had arrived,
to help him from afar. at this time, and for this honor, he had survived.
Who had come into that terrible house fire, to remove the baby, child,
Took her safely to the doorway then, had fought the flames all the while?
who was the man who came to help, my beloved mother, in her distress,
Asked nothing in return for this, just who could we then so address?
What hand had pulled me from the hall, as I was about to have a fall,
Then lifted me above the rail, as I was speechless, my voice did fail?
Angelic figures watched on high, as the enemy soldiers moved below,
To strike such fear within their hearts, why, the missionary didn't know.
The passionate ones from highest realms, sent by our caring God,
Gives credence to the angelic concept, as if to wield an iron rod.
Beyond all limits of our intellects, the notion of spiritual intervention,
These grand responses, of the finest of love, so sent, as its intention.
Should a visit by this gentle soul, its saving, in a powerful reflected face,
As mirroring, the smiles, our God does send, in His wisdom and His grace.
For our own good, and as we should, in its acceptance, made by our kind,
The wonderful source, of a marvelous force, a fortress within each mind.
