Are Fairies Really Real?

Updated on July 2, 2013

I not only love fairies, I love the idea of fairies. But, do they exist? To that I will quote Pablo Picasso who said, “Everything you can imagine is real.”

Did you ever wake up from a dream and feel it was very real, almost like when you’re in it you could not be convinced that it wasn’t? Well I believe fairies exist on this plane. If you believe in them, then they are real.

Think of it this way - your dream happened although you can’t see it but in your own thoughts upon awakening, it still happened and you can‘t show it to anyone else.

It is believed by many that fairies are nature angels, the lowest manifestation within the angelic hierarchy. They use their butterfly-like wings to transport themselves from place to place.

They are the guardian angels of animals and nature and they protect the health and safety of all plants, trees, flowers and animals, spirits that truly have no protection from humans.

Have you heard about The Cottingly Fairies?

If fairies do exist, where can I find them?

Fairies have a very light etheric physical body, unlike other angels. They live on a plane of existence closer to that of humans, unlike other angels who exist on a higher spiritual realm. We, as humans, live on the densest astral plane, plants and animals above that, and then fairies and other elements of nature on the planes after that.

Fairy spirit exists in all things of nature that are alive but not animated such as flowers, trees, plants, and grass. They feel pain inflicted upon plants, trees and animals and will hold you in high regard if you protect things of nature that have no ability to truly protect themselves with their own spirit, or life force.

The fairy world is on a denser astral plane than that of angels. They exist half incarnated in a physical body and half in the spirit world. A flower is alive although it can not speak or move on its own, it is still alive with spirit.

“I believe in everything until it's disproved. So I believe in fairies, the myths, dragons. It all exists, even if it's in your mind. Who's to say that dreams and nightmares aren't as real as the here and now?” ~ John Lennon

Could someone be an angel but not know it for sure?

Fairies existed for me in my imagination when I was young and reading all those Enid Blyton books. :)

I love the art work of Cicely Mary Barker. This is a delightful hub. I really enjoyed it, for I do believe faeries exist. Thank you for writing this hub. I agree with Picasso: “Everything you can imagine is real.”
