Aries rules the head March 21-April 29th
If you know an Aries well, the fact that they are associated with the head and jaw will be no surprise. Aries are known for rushing headfirst (ramming) into things; projects, thoughts, with little regard for consequences. As a sign of celestial association with the head, most Aries are born with a birthmark on their head or face that is pronounced. The glyph of Aries can at times also be easily seen in the brow line. The Ram symbol associated with Aries is definitely no accident. Lack of patience and quick tempers can easily be observed in this sign. Careless mistakes can become an issue, the problem coming from impatience and impulsiveness. An Aries temper is fast but blows over quickly, kinda like a tropical storm; storms one minute, sunshine the next. An Aries will require you to move on from an argument once they have. It would be wise for any Aries to take up stock in a helmet manufacturing company. A lot of them are prone to head, neck, and jaw injuries. TMJ finds a comfy home in an Aries face. These injuries are mainly from their love of sport, competition, new experiences and thirst for adrenaline. Could the ruling planet of war (Mars) have anything to do with this? I believe so. Aries is a sign that likes to push things to the limit, physically and emotionally this takes a toll.
Aries, please wear proper head protection when participating in sports or home remodeling projects. Avoid repetitive tasks that require you to hold your head or neck in awkward positions for extended times, and avoid situations that cause you to lose your temper as often as possible.
In addition to injuries to the head, Aries tend to over analyze and over think things which makes headaches par for the course. They can quickly over-complicate any task! But all this quick and shrewd thinking can bring on migraines, tension headaches, and sometimes dreaded head colds. Tasks with an Aries are started effortlessly but rarely finished. Taurus rules the throat, neck, tonsils, and general area of the mouth. They love a good feast! Most born under the sign of Taurus has very adept taste buds and need to use them. It's not uncommon to find most Bulls plump and overweight later in life if they don't watch their diet. They love to indulge in fancy, high class, upper scale food, and most have refined tastes because of those fine-tuned palettes. Taurus should avoid junk food when possible, or at the very least make sure to eat smaller quantities. Chew slowly Bulls, and enjoy each meal as if it were your last. Many Taurus, if not properly restricted in their diets will have a rather unpleasant puffiness to the face, eyes, and jowls. Reducing salt in the diet will help with this, as well as reduce fluid retention. Taurus prefers a good lounge session after all that fine dining, and this should be avoided. Exercise for this rather lazy beast is a must to preserve good health! Ask a friend to dress like a matador and get running bulls!
Sore throats, stiff necks, and earaches are common Taurus ailments.
It is important for Taurus to take good care of their teeth and gums. Brush and floss 2x a day, and schedule regular check-ups for potential tooth problems, cavities, and decay.
Because Taurus rules the throat, it is also important for those born under this sign to express their emotions in a healthy way. Avoid screaming matches and shouting or you will end up with a sore throat or laryngitis! Bottling up is another no-no. Get a shrink or seek therapy if you find your emotions are all bottled up in your throat. Then learn how to express those emotions calmly! Chances are there are a lot in there. Gemini's react to everything intellectually first, emotionally second. Even emotional responses are based on intellect. The mind and body must work in sync and harmony for a Gemini to feel healthy. Those born natives of Gemini tend to be high-strung and anxious, even though they won't always outwardly show it. It's not easy having the constant conflict of duality within! Though Gem's wow us with wit and intelligence, great senses of humor, and even temperaments...their internal scattered energy can leave them frazzled and burned out.
Gemini's associate not only with the shoulders, hands, arms, and lungs but also with the central nervous system. Which is why their minds need to learn to co-exist with their bodies. Deep breathing, yoga, anything to relax the mind and exercise the lungs, while promoting connection with the mind and body. A good B-vitamin complex could also benefit this sign and help relieve anxiety and nervousness. A diet rich in fruits and vegetables favors this sign. Keeping the blood oxygenated is beneficial, no smoking! No heavy meals before bed. Avoid excessive milk (which can create mucus and breathing problems), and always pay attention to your breathing. It should be calm, and even, not labored or shallow.

Cancer is a marvelously sensitive, intuitive and moody sign. This is a very emotionally demanding sign. Because these crabs are very intuitive, don't be surprised if the Cancers you know are Empaths (Pisces will also seem to easily display the gift of Empathy). A lot of Cancer children are put on medications for mood disorders when they simply can be corrected with dietary changes and environmental stability. Because Cancer is a water sign they tend to run the spectrum of emotions easier and quicker than most, like an ocean's tide. Shield Cancer from negativity, bad news, and drama as often as possible, and always lovingly reassure them that their shell shouldn't become their permanent home. When a Cancer is emotionally hurt they will immediately withdrawal in their shell. Leave them alone until they are ready to come out. Cancers will thrive in routines and familiar environments. Leo's are very protective of those they love, and will stand up to anything threatening their family.
As a Leo, you should focus on taking good care of your arteries, your posture, and avoiding nervous tension. Don't smoke, as smoking clogs the arteries. Leo's can become very stubborn and do not particularly like sudden change, especially when they are not running the show. Virgo's, also known as worrywarts really need to learn to let things go. Pay attention to your "guts" not only emotionally but physically too.
This sign tends to nit-pick, over-analyze, and have problems with OCD and perfectionism. Virgo is blessed with a critical eye for detail, and an insatiable quest for perfection. It would benefit Virgo to learn how to live "in the now", choose battles wisely, and make simple lifestyle changes to avoid fixation on trivial issues. Because emotional upsets mostly affect the stomach, this is another sign that could benefit from learning to just...let go...
Let go of the need to control and have everything perfect. Stress for this sign will ball up on the stomach and nervous system.
This is a caring and loving sign that will go to the ends of the earth for those they love. Not a bad quality, but they need to learn discernment for those that deserve their love and those that don't. Don't be a door-mat, Virgo. It will only aggravate your stomach and potentially cause ulcers, stomach upsets, indigestion, and gas pains. Stop reading Virgo! Take a nice deep breath. You're not sick or falling apart. Everything is okay! Meditation benefits all signs but is especially great for Virgo's, Gemini's, and Aries. Who tend to be type A personalities, and need to be reminded how to slow down.
Libra Health Tips

As the Libra symbol suggests (the scales) balance is key with this sign, balance in all areas of a Libra's life will help maintain optimum health. This is not always easy to achieve, but they benefit greatly from balance with work and play, and all forms of relationships.
Libra's both male and female usually have well-defined backs, chiseled bone structures, and clean curvaceous body lines. Libra's should give extra TLC to back care, as this is the first place over excretion will typically affect their health. They also struggle with various skin issues, acne, breakouts, rashes, and kidney upsets. Therefore, it is very important for Libra's to drink plenty of water, lemon water, and cranberry juice. Not only to cleanse internally but to cleanse the skin as well. Exfoliation benefits Libra's as well, 1-2 times a week minimum would help improve skin health greatly while improving lymph drain and blood circulation. Because this sign can take a toll with the Kidneys, they should avoid high carbonated beverages, sugar, refined food, alcohol, and strive for quality sleep as often as possible. This sign is easily emotionally stimulated and can become overwhelmed. Libra's will always prefer peace and luxury over confrontation. Scorpio is a very energetic and imaginative sign, but also highly trans-formative, passionate secretive and brooding. Because of the body parts Scorpio rules, they are prone to menstruation problems and pains, ovarian issues, hemorrhoids, genital infections, STDs, bladder infections, polyps, sore throats, and sinus issues.
Young Scorps should learn and practice safe sex probably more than any other sign. Scorpios can easily get carried away in their own throws of passion and forget to use protection with a lover. This results in unwanted sexual problems! Or unplanned pregnancies when young. So wrap it up! Another word of advice on the relationship section would be to choose a mate wisely. This will avoid scheming plans of vengeance and the wrath of a Scorpions deadly sting. A lot of times a Scorpio will appear "older" than they really are. Probably from all the mischief they get themselves into during the younger years.
Scorpio is an active "get things done" kind of sign. And they don't half-ass tasks. They, as well as Aries, are ruled by the planet Mars. When these two signs work together, they can finish great tasks. Aries starts with brawn, excitement and enthusiasm and Scorpio finishes with brains, and the eye for details.
As with Virgo, Scorpio would learn a lot by letting go. Let go of control and let the chips fall where they may at times. They tend to hover on the "control side" which is not always beneficial to their health. This sign also performs better by having light meals and snacks while avoiding large meals, this is especially true for dinners. When it comes to alcohol, Scorpios should avoid it due to its inhibition effects, and the damage it causes their skin and looks. Sagittarius rules the thighs, hips, liver November 22-December 21
Gregarious, outgoing, bold, blunt, jovial, freedom-loving, independent, and travel-oriented are great words used to describe this sign. This sign is just fun! They're also loyal and protective. They tend to have athletic builds and great booties!
Sage's could sometimes benefit from placing a large shoe into their mouths. They tend to speak openly and freely on most topics, which normally is admirable, but not always desired. If you want someone to tell you how it is, ask for a Sagittarius opinion. There is no candy coating here, and don't expect tact. Sorry, it's just not their nature.
Because this sign is so freedom loving, they have a tendency to over-indulge (like a Pisces), and that can show up as problems with the liver. Watch your intake Sage and try the best you can to keep things moderate. As previously stated, most signs (all, in general) bode well avoiding alcohol. But Sagittarius really needs to pay close attention to this. Health problems can quickly appear from a toxic liver, and drinking is just bad news for this sign. So chomp on your leafy greens, kale, spinach, and drink plenty of lemon water. 3-4 small meals a day also work well for this sign, as opposed to large meals. Because this sign tends to gain weight in the thighs and hips, avoid heavy cream and butter. Avoiding food high in fat will also benefit the liver and help prevent the lower body weight gain.
Because this is a fire sign, they tend to be athletic, so sports injuries are common. Take care of your bones, hips, and spine. And don't stop sports or exercise as you age. Sagittarius needs physical activity even more so in the later years.
Emotional upsets can come from financial generosity (and your open mouth). This sign loves a good time, and if you're around them, they'll want you to have a good time too. If you want to know where the after party is, follow a Sage at closing time.

Capricorn rules the joints, bones and teeth December 22-January 19
When it comes to physical health, Capricorn is another hearty sign, living a full life to a rotten and ripe old age. They do however run into issues with bones and teeth. Arthritis, gout, and stiff joints tend to be a problem. Oddly though, Capricorn generally have gorgeous smiles and beautiful teeth, just watch that dental care as you age, tooth decay is common for the caps. So unless you want a mouth full of caps, make dental hygiene a priority.
Capricorn also tends to do most things in binges; over or under working and eating. They sway from one end of the scale to the other. So maybe they will binge eat one day, then skip meals the next. A regimented schedule of eating, working, playing, and sleeping would benefit Capricorns. Find balance in all you do dear earth sign. Colds and flu don't hit this sign hard, or often unless fatigued, so not much worry there. But mind your energy levels.
Like a Libra, Capricorn's need to take good care of their skin, especially their scalps. Often you develop dry skin or acne as well as dandruff regardless of your age or hormonal levels. So stock up on head and shoulders, and make sure to exfoliate really well.
Because a Capricorn will go long hours at work, they tend to run into issues with fatigue. Again this is a matter of finding balance even if you have to force it. Fatigue can cause issues with the immune system being lowered, which invites illness. There is plenty of time Capricorn, relax, you don't need to get everything done at once.
Emotionally, Capricorns can run into stress with jealousy when it comes to those they love. Taurus seems to have this issue too. It's not uncommon for this sign to scheme up an affair in their heads with someone they love, regardless of it being true. Internalizing this raises stress levels, it would help any Capricorn to have a very open and devoted partner. When you have an idea in your head of crazy behavior in a spouse or lover, it would be best for you to suit yourself with someone that can accept this. The best sign to help you feel secure and trusting is a fellow earth sign, but particularly a Virgo. The majority of the time, Capricorns are very emotionally even keel. They are not emotional extremist, which makes having one in your life pretty pleasant unless you are their lover. They are not impulsive or careless with love affairs or relationships like Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius. Matters of the heart are not treated lightly, so it is important for them to avoid flaky signs that tend to love playfully and be non-committal (fire/water signs).
Like any earth sign, this is a sign of practicality. They usually don't do things unless they have a purpose. You won't find their homes cluttered with useless junk. Things need to be functional and have a purpose. With this in mind, Capricorns need to remember to lighten up, laugh, play, and don't take things so seriously. Sure jokes don't always have a purpose, but laughter is the best medicine to keep the spirit light. This sign is not one to wear their emotions on their sleeve; dignity, respect, power, tradition, and image matter to them. This can at times make them appear "cold" or "aloof". Aquarius rules the calves, shins, ankles and circulatory system January 20-February 18
Aquarius is a very independent sign, always willing to put others needs ahead of their own and reject help, fearing it may make them dependent. It's good to help others, but this sign could usually benefit from a lesson in humility, knowing that help does not equal dependence. To me, this sign is truly the sign of 9 lives. I've known many Aquarians completely beat down from life and yet they get up, dust off, and strive on. Even Aquarians I literally saw at death's door. They are not human! They can't be reasoned with!
This sign is intelligent, charismatic, sarcastic, romantic, eccentric and sentimental. On the bad side, they can be stubborn, unpredictable, grand manipulators, glorious liars, emotionally detached, and conniving with money; true hustlers. Their impatience and lack of "seeing the full picture" or only seeing "with rose-colored glasses" of sorts can cause nervous system problems. Like the Virgo, they are also prone to worry. This sign benefits from stress reduction (as any other) but a diet full of fruits and veggies as well as a strong B Complex vitamin would help them keep health issues at bay. Suggested foods for this sign to keep the circulatory system running well would be; oysters, radishes, lobster, lemons, ocean fish, clams, tuna, lettuce, apples, pears, beets, radishes, and lemons. Other things that stimulate blood circulation is good for this sign; cayenne pepper, chili, and any other peppers. This sign is a junk food junkie (much like Taurus), but you'll never know it because they'll be gluttonous in hiding. They tend to have vibrant and healthy stomachs so this usually is not an issue, but they should stay away from foods packed with salt, carbonated drinks, sweets, and caffeine. Things that over-stimulate the nerves should be avoided.
If an Aquarian takes up a sport such as running, they need to properly care for and protect their feet, ankles, calves, and shins. They are prone to shin splints, leg cramps, fluid retention in the lower limbs, and varicose veins. Aquarius could also find themselves with vision and kidney disorder troubles during their lifetime. Vision and kidneys should be supported by diet and regular eye exams.
Another common issue for this sign is allergy and sinus issues, avoid dairy milk. Keep your neck warm in cold months. Avoid things that will upset your sinus passages. A lot of those born under this sign will have a hard time tolerating any type of pet dander, so make sure you adopt a pet that won't make you sneeze. Fish come to mind. Hairless cats and short-haired dogs may be okay too.
Aquarian s much like Leo's need to focus on heart health, but this is more to do with keeping the blood balanced and detoxed.

Pisces kind of got the short end of the stick when it comes to Astrology health. This sign is most likely to have the most sensitive nervous system and worst over-all health ailments. Pisces kinda got the whammy, being that it is the last sign of the Zodiac, it tends to suffer from any and all major health issues. Pisces can easily emotionally take on any characteristic of its fellow signs. Full of imagination, charm, and self-deception, Pisces should be careful with whom they keep their company. This is probably the most emotional and sensitive of water signs, and their health can reflect that.
But let us start with the feet. This sign governs this area of the body. They tend to make fantastic dancers and have shapely, beautiful feet. They need to take extra care of their feet. Wear proper fitting footwear, to avoid corns, callus, and blisters. Swelling and allergic reactions to drugs are commonplace for Pisces complaints.
It is wise for Pisces to keep fluids regularly moving in the body. Drink lots of water, more than other signs to keep mucous membranes clear, promote lymph fluid drainage, and maintain clean blood.
Because of their emotional irregularity, this sign should really stay away from alcohol and drugs. This sign is probably the most likely to develop addiction issues, due to their love of imagination and desire to alter their reality. Keep a regular routine as much as possible, and have balance and moderation in all things; diet and exercise. If left to their own devices Pisces will happily over-indulge in all things. Find an earth sign friend (Virgo, Capricorn, or Taurus) to help keep you emotionally grounded! Fish should also find healthy outlets for their emotions. They make fantastic writers, poets, dancers, novelists, and musicians. These outlets provide healthy ways for them to keep their head in the clouds without toxic repercussions that drugs and alcohol would cause.
Pisces is also highly sensitive and in-tune with their environments. They have a keen sense of smell, hearing, and temperature sensitivities. When things are "off" they will sense it and almost instantly be affected by it. It's important for Pisces to dress "weather appropriate" to avoid exposure to bacteria and viruses. Being that Pisces is a rather frail and sensitive sign, they are more prone to infections. Get your flu shots Fish! As for your health, just follow every suggestion for every other sign and you'll be just fine...
