Some Simple Feng Shui Tips to Lose Weight

Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese practice that is put forward on the belief that a person can improve his or her general well-being and success through energies channelization in the house. There are a number of easy space arrangements in the house that you can do in order to help you stay focused on your goals and succeed in losing excess weight and some of them are as follows:

· Clear out the clutter in your home. One of the best Feng Shui tips to losing weight that you can do right away is putting away excess items that you don’t use anymore especially those in the kitchen. Clean your cupboards and only keep a minimal amount of food around. It would be easier for you to follow your weight loss diet if you use dark-colored plates, placemats and tablecloths like black and blue perhaps, but never red because it is known to increase cravings.

Fruit and Vegetables

Make meals sacred. To lose weight effectively, meditate before every meal and think about the food entering your system making you healthy. The food that you eat should mostly have bright colors like fruits and veggies. Having a bowl of fresh fruits on the table can help in losing weight too.

Put many mirrors in your house

· Put many mirrors in your house. Another Feng Shui tip that will help you lose weight is hanging a lot of mirrors in your space especially near the kitchen and the dining area. Also, put a small mirror on your refrigerator. Make sure that there’s enough natural light in the kitchen and the dining area by opening windows so that clean air can also circulate inside your house.

· Clear your closets. Get rid of your old clothes that you’ve long been saving hoping that you can wear them again after you lose weight because holding on to them only symbolizes that you are hanging on to old behavior patterns. What you should do to lose weight is look forward by getting rid of old clothes that don’t fit so that you can make room for the newer wardrobe in smaller sizes.

So, can Feng Shui tips help you lose weight? If you have decided to shed off excess pounds and could use some help in sticking to your weight loss regimen, Feng Shui tips can go a long way in helping you reach your goal. Anyway, there is really nothing to lose if you follow these tips, right?
