Geology proves Cayce's statements true

CAYCE PROVED JESUS

At least 20 years before science was aware of it, Edgar Cayce (1) stated the Sahara Desert had been green with rivers and the Nile flowed east/west and emptied into the Atlantic Ocean. Oil companies proved these statements true.

Cayce referred to Jesus and his teachings repeatedly. Thus Cayce adopted the life, death and resurrection of Jesus. Cayce proved Jesus and Jesus proved an afterlife by the resurrection. He could not come back from nothing. A place or condition must first exist before there can be a return. This chain of reasoning is needed because many people today cannot believe in the resurrection, but they can believe the geology of an oil company.

The following readings were recorded and prove that Edgar Cayce made the statements prior to the oil company discoveries. Edgar Cayce gave the following readings in the 1930’s. It was not until after WW II (1945 or later) that oil companies began their exploration in the Sahara.

“The Nile entered into the Atlantic Ocean. What is now the Sahara was an inhabited land and very fertile….” 364-13 (November 17, 1932)

“The man’s indwelling was then in the Sahara and the upper Nile regions, the waters then entering the now Atlantic from the Nile region rather than flowing northward….” 5748-1 (July 1932)

“More fertile than even in the present with the overflow as occurs, for only about a third of the present Sahara was there, though it was sandy loam with silt –in the use of the agriculture portions.” 275-38 January 16, 1934)

“…, when the Nile (or Nole, then) emptied into what is now the Atlantic Ocean, on the Congo end of the country. What is now the Sahara was a fertile land, a city that was builded in the edge of the land ….” 5748-6 (July 1, 1932)

Oil companies do not advertise their findings until the knowledge is no longer secret. It took many years for the oil company information about the Sahara to become public domain. Cayce knew something that no one else on earth knew at the time. Cayce repeatedly referred to the teachings of Jesus. Cayce accepted Jesus and Jesus proved the existence of an afterlife by the resurrection.

We all fear death; a Dream

A labyrinth of coral caves,

spring fed pools.

Excited to explore with ghostly group.

Then alone in cave,

a lit magazine to light my way.

When would it go out?

In throne room,

with piano strewn with beads.

When would it go out?

The Nile changed course

The Nile changed course

In ancient times the Nile flowed from east to west. It shifted course to what it is today, from south to north. Edgar Cayce stated the Nile changed course in Readings he gave in the 1930s when no one had any idea of such a change was possible. Satellite imaging have proved Cayce correct.

(1) The story of Edgar Cayce properly belongs in the history of hypnosis. Cayce had the unusual ability of inducing out-of-body experiences using a form of self-hypnosis. His out-of-body journeys were identical to near-death experiences with the exception that he was not clinically dead. Indeed, one does not need to be dead to have a near-death experience.

During a hypnotic trance, Cayce was able to speak in an authoritative voice on subjects far beyond the range of his normal knowledge. He was not an avid reader of books except for the Bible. While in a deep trance, all he needed was to be given the subject to be discussed, or the inquiring person's name, address, and whereabouts, by a conductor to make suggestions and ask the questions, and a stenographer to take it all down. Almost every day for forty-two years he had out-of-body journeys in order to answer questions covering an immense range of subject matter. He could do this at any time, any place.

Persons from all walks of life came to him for help or advise. Among them were a movie producer, an actress, a top steel magnate, a U.S. Senator, a Vice-President of the United States; parents, the sick, the lame, the disturbed. His strange gift of clairvoyance has never been duplicated in modern times, although a few other psychics have proved a measure of ability beyond any doubt.

The Cayce records are unique. Twenty million words from an unconscious mind is not a commonplace. If they can be believed, new frontiers wait to be explored. Clairvoyance, clairaudience, dreams, hypnotism, point the way to a better understanding of the history and depth of the human mind and soul. A challenging field lies before humans in their search for truth and the meaning of human existence in Earth.

Thanks for reading Louise. It is particularly interesting that the Nile once flowed east to west and emptied into the Atlantic. This was only recently discovered.

Interesting article to read. Yes, I've seen a documentary that the Sahara was once green with rivers.

Your article (cited above) is very good. I am also interested in Atlantis. You might try the Hub, "Atlantians to the Mideast." Cayce and The Bible are both quoted.

On a separate note, how are the Philippines for retirement?

Jay, most interesting story. While researching my most recent book, I ran into the geology story. That's truly fascinating.

You might be interested in an article I wrote for the Edgar Cayce Foundation website:

Cayce seemed to be a humble and generous man. His gift seems to have been from divine sources. I could be wrong, but I think we need to be open to that possibility.
