Christianity Vs. Darwins Theory

how did it begin?

Thinking about the information that I have learned while studying these two topics have given me insight on things that I could not have understood at first. Although both theories make a very interesting point, the question that we must ask ourselves is, which one is the more logical explanation? Could we have be evolved just like every other creature on the planet Earth, or were we created by some supreme entity that made us in his image? Imagination plays a part in this decision as well. For those who have a very small range of imagination, they will assume that Darwin's theory is much more sufficient than Christianity. For those with a more open minded approach to this subject will believe that Christianity is much more sufficient than Darwin's theory. Whatever the case may be, the information presented to you today will help you decide on which belief system you may believe in. Hey, you might even convert to a new religion.

Darwin's Theory- Darwin's theory comes with some very interesting information that may lead many to believe that this is actually the way that life was started for homosapiens. Unfortunately, Darwin's theory is also one of the leading causes for people converting to Satanism, because the teachings of Darwin's theory may seem incorrect to some people. It may be missing that little bit of detail that it may need in order to fully support its belief to those who study it. Darwin's theory states that are the evolution of prehistoric apes. It may be true, considering the fact that all other living life forms are evolutions of prehistorical creatures. Its so easy for one to disband this information because they may be scared of their God or maybe they feel that the idea is interesting, but don't want others to know that they feel this way. Its completely understandable to a certain degree, because the way of the United States of America citizens is to most likely pick up the belief of Christianity. It doesn't mean the Bible is the true teachings of the lord, but we follow what we think is right. Basically, all of this is just to have something to look forward to when dying. No one wants to die, so maybe religious beliefs were created to give people hope and control them into doing what "the world" believes is right. Don't take it personal, its just a thought.

Christianity has been around for thousands of years. Throughout those thousands of years, Christianity and the good book (The Bible) have successfully predicted future catastrophes. How could one contain the information of events said to happen thousands of years in the future without the help of a higher power? With information like this, its hard to dismiss Christianity.

Although there is a lot of evidence to support Christianity and God, there is also some things that seem to make it too good to be true. Some people believe that religions (not just Christianity) were created as some worldwide conspiracy to control the world. Its also believed that religions are used to generate billions (maybe even trillions) of dollars per year. I honestly believe that teachings in buildings and everything related are used to extort the good people of their hard earned money.

Have you ever been in church and its sewing time? You sew your seed and they try to get you to donate more money. Basically, they play upon words to try to get the good people of the fellowship to give more money to the church. Next, everyone is wondering how the pastor got a new 2009 Mercedes Benz. Its because the money that we give out is used for their own selfish reasons. The teachings of the religion isn't what's doing us wrong, its the church that's doing us wrong. That's why they would have to pry my hard earned money from my cold, dead hands (figuratively).

Reasons people may doubt these claims

The main reason why people may begin to doubt Christianity is because of the claims that God is the only god. Now, if you were a god, would you be named after your species? I mean god is a name of a type of being basically, so why call yourself God? Is there a human that has the name "human"? Guess not, but it does send doubts to those who are open to new suggestions. This hub is not fit for those who think that religion is flawless because its not.

The reason why people may doubt Darwins theory is how did everything just manage to create itself? How are we so different from every other animal on the planet? No other animal can buy a pack of cigarettes or get condoms to have safe sex. No other animal can get arrested for attacking another of the same species. I guess that's just me.

Also, are you able to provide a source and/or substantial evidence for your statement that "Darwin's theory is also one of the leading causes for people converting to Satanism"?

Is nobody else bothered by the fact he has said those who believe in Darwin's theory have "a very small range of imagination"?

Enjoyed your hub Mr. Williams, As much as the critics attack the Bible and Christianity, can't take faith from true believers. Although evolution has been instilled in us for decades as a theory and fact, all the supposed "evidence" has been disproven as hoaxes; such as pig and chimpanzee bones used in Lucy and Nebraska man, while ignoring eveidence for the flood such as the grand canyon and seashells on mountain tops. Talk about unsubstaintiated faith in evolution!

I would like to comment on the fact that you say after the pastor takes the congregations money he has a new vehicle theory , but this is not Christ who says this and maybe u just happened to go to the Church for there are many who claim to be but are actually not followers of Christ Jesus and I attend a church were my pastor is building up our Church without there being many rich people in our Church he is doing it purely on the help of faith and we fast and pray and we see results and if this is not enough to prove there is nothing wrong with Christianity just the people who make it bad then your blood be on your own hands.

Darwin had his many problems as many do even today. What Darwin falled to take into account in his theory is that nature itself would not allow his theory to work. Any alpha male will destroy any newborn that is born and is different. Still happens today. God sure knew what he was doing creating nature. Of course Darwin was just another man seeking to live in sin and trying to justify sin. Jesus Christ is a man with no sin and no need to justify it because he was and is the son of God. Who came to proclaim the good news and so it is till this day.

Only in civilized western cultures has the no-god concept ever been addressed or promoted as possible. Those that have known what it is like to be dependent on nature, in tune with the progression of time as the earth turns, know there is something greater than themselves making it all work. Every tribe and culture of the world had deitites of some sort. The evolution of education does not make mankind better. Reason on makes man more skeptical and self-righeous. The first humans were not neanderthals without any understanding of fire, or the wheel - that is purely fiction, purely a theory.

Yes, all religions have misused and abused their claims but that doesn't make the truth of a higher power and less true.

Simply, there would be absolutely no reason for kindness, charity, compassion and love without something deeper in our hearts telling us, motivating us to act thus.

If life and death are the base foundations of living, than there is no good and evil, and no reason to behave oneself and try to act morally. We could be as wild and as feral as we wish to be.

I suspect however, all of us have a deep moral hint placed within us by the Creator that prevents us from living without regard for others.

James 2:8 tells us that the royal law is to love thy neighbour as thyself.

Darwin's theory, when taught the way he wrote it, promotes racism. It is also used to support eugenics. I believe it shouldn't even be taught.

Scientology is definitely based off of Darwin's theory which in fact bred Dianetics by L. Ron Hubbard. What many would construe as being Satanism may if fact be Scientology. Perhaps you could well call me an atheist because I am a Buddhist. Buddhism does not teach that there is a God, only that there is suffering and that the only way to find "salvation" is through the cessation of cravings and the Eightfold Path. I thank you for taking the time to touch on this subject.

There is interesting. It is also interesting that there are people that do not believe in the existence of God, too bad. I am a Christian and I believe in the one and only Christ Jesus. He alone is I am that I am, the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, He is Jehovah. Before Him there is no other god and after Him there is no other god.
