Christianity and the World today

Christianity and the World today

Many of us today in the Christian religion, will argue over the fact that the Messiah did come and will come again.

But the question we all should be carefully analyzing and finding the answers to are almost always forgotten, because our religion has become a business entity.

The big question is;....WHERE DID CHRISTIANITY GO WRONG?

* He came not for the righteous, but for the SINNERS!

* The word of GOD, is a two-edged sword; that carries the blind truth...only the just will accept, the faint-heart will challenge to suit themselves and the worldly to reject.

There was a parable about TRUTH, who came into the city gates and spoke out against its citizens. They challenged, chased and beat him up and threw him out of their city. He came back a second time, dressed in finery, and painted his stories and the people welcomed him with open arms into their city.

Even so, today we Christians have taken the truth, painted, and added bits and pieces to the original, and have drawn up an entirely different picture of it.

Christ Jesus came NOT to bring peace, BUT a sword. The word of GOD is a sword that has for centuries, proclaimed the TRUTH, but the world keeps rejecting. The word of GOD was challenged, subjected to burn in flames, and was silenced. Yet the PROPHESY, was fulfilled, wars were fought and lives were lost to keep the WORD OF GOD ALIVE.

Jesus never called a sinner,...a HERETIC, a PAGAN or a HEATHEN. Why do we take it to ourselves to give people of other religion these descriptive names?

Great point!!! which only goes along with what is said about Jesus in the Bible “For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.” John 3:17. Although he didn’t mind calling people “white-washed tombs” and “generation of vipers.” but such messages were never directed at bald faced sinners – rather they were to self-righteous religious leaders – hypocrites.

That has always been Jesus’ style. It always will be.

Thank you, you are very right with your comment there.

Our modern day righteous man believe they are so holy, they love calling the unbeliever such names.
