Demon Possession In The Modern World

Updated on June 13, 2012

Demon Possession

Demon possession seems to be a growing concern in our modern world.
I have on occasion come upon this phenomenon and have always been repelled by the experience.
The most important thing is not whether you believe that D.P. is real or not, but rather what
you can do about it.
Untill recently my advice to people who have been confronted by D.P. has been to Run Away.
This is because no particular relgious or philosophical belief structure seems to be able to
deal with D.P. as a matter of routine. I have noted that when someone has been possessed in
the past and then experienced some sort of exorcism, they are and feel very vulnerable to a
repeat possession.
This is because the success of the exorcism is always dependent upon the personal integrity
and will power of the exorcist, and not the belief structure that they are utilizing.
This brings me to the Crux of this Hub, What will actually protect you/me from D.P. as a matter of course ,rather than the usual hit and miss results that seem to be the current outcome of D.P.
My contention is that only one power is constant and uniformly available to all humans no matter what their belief struture is.
Our Planet is the source and home of us all. It is the one constant of us all. whether you believe it is a sentient life force with a plan for us as a species or simply an organic engine that we live on is irrelevant. The understanding that a positive appreciation of all life that is created
by our planet will make you immune to D.P. There is simply nothing for hook onto.
An appreciation of your planet for the life that it creats will immunize you against D.P. for the rest of your life.
To feel that you are intrinsically in service to your planet will make you untouchable.

Quite an interesting take on D.P. I have seen it and experienced it as well, and agree with the last commentor as to filling that void with Jesus Christ. We open doors to demonic spirits through sin and negative emotions; such as hate, revenge, racism, etc...

When one becomes saved he or she is protected by the blood of Christ. Once a person becomes saved they are "filled" by Gods spirit. Therefore no demon in hell can penetrate that fullness. People who become possessed repeatedly is due to not filling the void once exorcism has taken place. If God is not put into their lives they leave the door open for repeat offense. This is how I understand it.
