Many people that have heard of this road do not dare to go down it. Especially when nightfall comes. This road of dark, negative energy is known for it’s satanic rituals and KKK meetings. Sacrifices have taken place on this road along with ghosts and demons roaming the area. A witness has reported coming up on a cult and saw them drinking the blood of a dog. Hitchhikers that have been on this road have disappeared and are never seen again. People swear that when night comes, there are homes there that are not there during the day.

It is believed that a farmer was killed on this road back in 1890. Apparently, he was dragged from behind by his plow and was murdered in the woods by something that was summoned from hell. Fog surrounds this creature and hides in the woods with fire in it’s eyes. Are the red lights that people report coming from this creature? Interestingly, when nightfall comes and people are on Demons Road, A fog rolls in out of nowhere and follows people throughout the road.
Demons Road leads to an old cemetery known as Martha’s Chapel Cemetery. People warn those who want to go there to NOT turn off their cars. There have been numerous incidents where people’s cars have not been able to start when they turn off their ignition at the cemetery. People stress this because of reports of being attacked by the Goatman if you park your car near this cemetery. It is not known if this is the same Goatman of the Old Alton Bridge in Denton, Texas, but this creature is said to certainly be there. Is it possible that Texas has two Goatmen?
If you decide to visit Demons Road, be sure to bring some form of protection with you or say a powerful prayer. Spirits from this road have followed people home. In May 2010, a woman was at the cemetery with her husband and his friends. They saw the man, but did not really pay any attention to the wanderer. A few days later, the woman was getting ready for a shower. As she got into the shower and turned around to close the curtains, she got quite the surprise. The man that was in the cemetery was standing there looking at her. Overwhelmed with intense fear, the man suddenly disappeared. Fortunately for her, she has not seen the man since.
Curious visitors have also reported handprints that are abnormally large on their car windows. They leave for the road, and when they come back (Most do) the handprints are there.
If you’re planning to go to Demons Road, you must go at your own risk. If cults are there, avoid them at all costs. Don’t be their next sacrifice. Last and most important, have a group with you. Unless you want to confront the Goatman all by yourself.
