Do you serve a Dictator in Church, or Serve in the Kingdom of God?
Many fail to understand that the institutional church system is founded upon the traditions of man and is in great defiance against the ekklesia who are built as 'living stones' following the teaching of Christ and the apostles. If all the man-made traditions were thrown out, there would be nothing left of the establishment built upon Babylonian traditions where man tries to obtain God through their own methods.
The many components of the religious institutional system do not have their roots in the principles of the Kingdom of God, but are syncretic with the ideologies of the world. One of the biggest failures of the church system is that they do not create servants, but enable dictators who create drones to help in their carnal agenda to build their religious empires built upon their own names.
The institutional church has put man at the pinnacle instead of Christ using a hierarchical system to separate the spiritual elite from their pew-warming minions. The corrupt religious system does not create a community where each member is of equal value who are able to function in the gifts that God has given them. Rather, the people are suffocated from life and freedom of being part of the true body of Christ.
The fashionable routines are created as marketing tools to get people to walk in through the doors of church are popular traditional baits that have no Scriptural basis. All that the religious elite care about are the numbers so that they can grow their membership within their denominational corporate model. This method is in direct opposition to the example of Christ and the apostles.
When the ekklesia equally serve in the principles of the Kingdom of God that were conveyed through Christ from his Father, the worn out habits of the religious institution and their whitewashed agendas are seen as an abomination. The routines and the traditions of man are nowhere to be found in Scripture, but the blind leading the blind believe that their synthetic religious routines somehow give glory to God. The fact is, all they care about are giving themselves and their named church building all the glory.
The ekklesia are 'living stones' built by the spirit of Christ where he is the centre, not the religious centre called church. The ekkleisa function and operate outside of man-made programs and agendas. They are not complacent to worship in a cookie-cutter template in rows of chairs, or pews being controlled by salaried mediators.
The ekklesia do not need heavy religious nooses around their necks, but are alive and free as all are encouraged to equally participate as they are led by the Holy Spirit.
A Title (Noun), or a Function (Verb)
Every one among the ekklesia are all called to serve. It is one of the most important Kingdom principles. Corrupt religious men have butchered 'to serve' to mean, ministering as a salaried professional.
In the Greek, diakanos means servant where the term deacon was derived. In the religious institution of church, it is considered an ordained position that comes with an honourable title among those within the hierarchical and ruling system of church government.
Among the ekklesia, a deacon is not an ordained position, but is one of humble service (verb), not an ordained ruling position (noun).
The clear distinction is that a true disciple of Christ will not have an unscriptural official appointed hierarchical position as an officer of the people.
And let them also be tested first; then let them SERVE as deacons if they prove themselves blameless. – 1 Timothy 3:10
It is interesting to watch the elite church clergy lord themselves over their people in controlled environments instead of serving them. The pew-warming minions are bound to their pastor and his agendas as he collects a tax-free lavish salary off of their backs. They will say that you are honouring God by serving them in their denominational agenda. This is delusion.
"It is not reason that we should leave the word of God, and serve tables." – Acts 6:2
- God does not like Men with Professional Titles in Churches
The modern “church” is full of men with titles, but these professional titles that are pinned upon these men do not come from God, but men themselves.
In the book of Acts, the apostles among the ekklesia came together when there was a need to appoint someone to help. This was not appointing someone to an official position, but asking someone to help serve (diakoneo) others.
Another example of appointing helpers to Philip and Stephen who were known for their preaching of the Gospel. Those among the ekklesia never gave themselves a professional title because there was no such thing among them.
The traditions of man have changed functions (verbs) of the ekklesia into church titles (nouns). Everyone who is part of the Body of Christ has a function to equally serve, but the corrupted church system has butchered the meaning into titles, rites, ordinations, offices, etc. that lead to spiritual elitism.
- Functioning Among the Ekklesia
Many in the modern "church" feel that they are being choked off from expressing and functioning in true power and love because they feel obligated to comply within a ritual structure.
The Holy Spirit gives a plurality of gifts to the disciples of Christ where the sharing of responsibility includes everyone. It is interesting that the institutional church system gives so much significance to their select titled clergy. They have taken a function out of context and given a professional qualification to it.
A hired pastor is not a servant, but a lord who makes second-class citizens of everyone else because of his elite position.
Christ is the Head, not a religious title who parades upon a stage.
The church institution divides people according to the privileges they obtain by jumping through religious hoops. Giant mouths tickle ears as the mute congregation passively nods their heads and empties their wallets at the bidding calls.
Every disciple of Christ is called to be a priest where the manifestation is free and open participatory functioning of everyone.
Religious men have classified themselves in the same way as a doctor or a lawyer. They fail to understand that it no longer means being a servant according to Kingdom principles, but someone who is salaried-to-serve. This is an oxymoron.
When localities of believers were established among the early ekklesia through the leadership of an apostle, they moved on once their serving was done. They did not stick around so they could become salaried mediators of the people, but allowed Christ to be the Head. There was no focus on a select spiritual elite official who wanted to take control, but all had a responsibility to serve within the Body for it to function.
The liturgy of the corrupt institutional church system is not built on the foundation of Christ because it consists of man-made brick and mortar.
Living stones are not bound to man-made traditions, but function by the movement of the Holy Spirit.
The pied pipers of man-made religion make themselves Christ because their sole identity is tied to ego and the monetary.
“Beware of the scribes, who like to walk around in long robes, and love greetings in the marketplaces and the best seats in the synagogues and the places of honour at feasts, who devour widows’ houses and for a pretense make long prayers. They will receive the greater condemnation.” - Luke 20:46-47
Spiritual degradation is the epitome of the church system where pastors make puppets of their congregations. Their laity become religious drones parroting their false gospel steeped in the ideologies that never originating from God, but come from the philosophies of the world.
The church doors are not about Christ, but antichrist. These are doors that lead right into spiritual captivity. Israel and Judah went into captivity in the Old Testament when man’s traditions took precedence over being obedient to God. In similar manner, the false gospel of church seeks the approval of men rather than obedience. The greater the numbers, the greater the need for man’s control with corporate boards focusing to uphold their business model.
Any attempt to worship God under a hierarchical priest class makes the Gospel of no effect because it deviates from God’s simple plan. Control with deception done in Christ's name is an abomination to God. The beast religion is all about money and tolerance. Their ministers wield their sophistry as they gloss the eyes of the masses. The blind leaders lead their blind followers into the ditch making a livelihood off of their backs.
Christ had a different plan in mind and we are to follow his example of being a true servant leader.
Those who partake of the corrupt church system today continue to deny Kingdom principles. They bask in the idolatry of their holy denominational building that they call 'God’s house.' They are consumed with bringing in the monetary to cover the salaries, expenses and overhead of their temples built with man’s hands.
And Jesus called them to him and said to them, “You know that those who are considered rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. But it shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be slave of all. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” – Mark 10:42-44
“‘This people honours me with their lips, but their heart is far from me; in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men. ‘You leave the commandment of God and hold to the tradition of men.” And he said to them, “You have a fine way of rejecting the commandment of God in order to establish your tradition! – Mark 7:6-9
True disciples of Christ does not have an honorary title given by man, but functions by serving with the gifts God has given them.
- The Pastor and the Moses Complex
Most people falsely assume that hierarchical structure in Church is of God where they look up to and are led by a prominent salaried official.
Anyone who is in defiance with the principles of serving in the Kingdom of God will fall under the rule of a dictator. A dictator is someone who has founded a church denomination or walks in the shadow of the founder by demanding conformity to doctrines that have their origins in the minds of men.
These people masquerade as religious dictators who won’t allow you to question them or cross them. Problems are swept under the rug and muzzled as not to ruffle too many feathers. The defence of truth is seen as divisive to the cause. Silence and submission are seen as a virtue.
They preach that double-digit increases are blessings from God and good stewardship is filling the tithing plates.
There are many dictators masquerading as good stewards, but no one dares tell them that except those who have left shackles of spiritual Babylon.
The dictator looks in the mirror and sees a shrewd, pragmatic and generous person. He is a professional and has a right to a salary, health benefits and all the other perks a CEO is entitled to have.
This is the epitome of Christian management that adapts to the same template as the ways of the world. Don’t be fooled by their velvet gloves and pious exteriors. What we have are modern day Pharisees who run religious businesses called church. They are entrepreneurs who make their minions buy into their marketing tactics.
When Christ called twelve men to follow him, does it look the same as Christendom today?
It doesn’t and it should not take rocket science to figure that out. The problem is when you are deaf and blind, then you will not have a clue.
Hear, you deaf, and look, you blind, that you may see! – Isaiah 42:18
The environment of fear and rapid growth is the mantra of Christendom.
However, those who love as Christ does will model his example of being a servant leader.
The iron fist inside in a velvet glove is what you will get in church because man demands to rule.
Christ did not come to support denominational agendas with dictators running them, but a community of living stones (ekklesia) who are in one spirit with him.
