Don't Be Cruel
Love is More than Enough
Lend a Helping Hand
It is hard to give money to those in need if you are struggling yourself already. You can, however, lend a hand in other ways such as working at a homeless shelter or just help that lady change her tire when she is broke down. There are so many ways we can all help each other without it costing a thing. Many times a person is very lonely and just wants to know that people care. Even when it is hard it is important that you do not take your problems out on the next man. Help a friend move or go shopping for your grand mother. Do one small good deed every few days and you will lift someone's spirits and it will make you feel immense pride. Don't be Cruel.
Sometimes just talking or listening is all it takes. A person feeling depressed may not reveal it to you. Listen and show you care about everybody and it will come back to you ten fold in your time of need. Pay hate back with love. If all people would do one good deed per day it would really add up even if it were small deeds. Always remember also that one day you may be in need of help so show unconditional love whenever you can. Don't be Cruel.

Give What You Can
Forget sending money to television marathons. Instead, give a few bucks or even loose change to the homeless man standing on the side of the road. Likely, the guy is hungry and thirsty. Help out and remember it could be you. I do not give money to charities over the phone but I do give bags of groceries to my Catholic church. The church makes meals and delivers them to older folks and the disabled. Whether a person is religious or not has nothing to do with wanting to help out a person suffering a hardship. Don't be 'cruel.
Stop by your parents home and drop them off a breakfast meal just to do it. When you do something nice for others it will make you feel good inside. After all, family is always family so take care of your own. Life is too short for fighting and arguments so disagree in a respectable way and keep manners about yourself. When we meet our maker it is better to have loved your neighbor than it is to have lived an evil life. I am an advocate of charities and believe in their value but giving in person is a powerful notion to say the least. Don't be Cruel.
Have you ever donated time or money to charity?
Do the Right Thing!
Pay it Forward
The next time you can afford it and you are eating out at a restaurant or buying groceries then pay the meal for a war vet or buy the groceries for the mom shopping with 4 kids. It means the world to someone when they have this done for them.Do not tell the people you are helping them. Instead, pay their bill and tell the cashier you wanted to "pay it forward". Sometimes a person is struggling and they truly need the financial aid and other times giving to another just makes their day. Don't be Cruel.
My dad has had two different folks pay for his and my mom's meals because they saw his Vietnam veteran hat. My father was really proud that people still remember his service in the army and in the navy. It is hard to always be kind when the world is full of evil. When somebody is rude to you the best way to handle is to kill them with kindness. Do not make a bad situation worse instead turn a negative into a positive. Don't be Cruel.

A Simple Handshake Will Do
Don't be Cruel
The next time road rage rushes through your body just calm down and wave at the driver and go about your business. Swallow your pride. We all have bad days but just know it could be worse and move on making the best of it. Many times, just saying "hi" to a stranger or a simple nod will do the trick. A bunch of hateful people fill the world so we must be vigilant and fight the hate with unlimited love for all. Don't be Cruel.
A simple thank you means a bunch and it goes a long way. Hold the door open for a customer entering a store, thank the cashier and have a nice attitude. Give respect and you will get respect. Don't be Cruel.
A Smile is Contagious
Turn that Frown Upside Down!
First of all, life is hard. At the same time, smiling is contagious and if you smile you can make others do the same. Keep a smile on your face and it will force others to show their pearly whites if you will. Don't be Cruel.
Some say that laughter is the best medicine. You know every now and then we all just need reassurance or a pep talk of some sort. Don't be Cruel.

Spread the Lord's Love
I am a Christian so this is the only religion I am going to refer to in this article. The reason for this is because I do not want to disrespect other religions that I do not have lots of knowledge about.
Spread peace and love in all your journeys. The Bible teaches us to love our neighbor as we love our self and it is not an easy thing to do. However, we are all brothers and sisters and need to act like it.
