He Became As One Of Us
Mashiakim Yehudim (Hebrews) 4:15 says, “For we don’t have a Kohen Gadol (High Priest) Who can’t be touched with the feeling of our infirmities, but One Who has been in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin.”
Hagilu Natan Elohim (Revelation) 5:10 says, “He made us kings and priests to Elohim, and we will reign on the Earth.”
When Yeshua put on a suit of flesh and came to Earth and was born as a human baby, He not only had a body as we have; but, He had a mind that was also subjected to ha-satan as is ours … if He so allowed His mind to be subjected to ha-satan.
Yeshua suffered greatly while He was here. There were many difficult situations that He faced, and He did know anger. He knew what pain felt like. He worked for many years with a father and He took care of His mother. He had younger siblings. When His [earthly] father died, he became solely responsible for His family; as a stone maker and a construction worker, He undoubtedly did His job to the best of His ability.
When He was hungry, He ate. When He was thirsty, He drank. When He was tired, He slept. He also fasted and prayed, and learned to trust His life to Elohim, walking in obedience to His Abba, even during the darkest days of His life.
And, we are His disciples, His talmidim … working as He worked, walking as He walked, talking as He talked. And, we find ourselves in a few of the same dark valleys that Yeshua found Himself in … loneliness, persecution, rejection. Yet, no matter how dark the valleys are, there is good things being produced in us because we are being trained by the best Management team that there ever was … Elohim and Yeshua.
Baruch ata Adonai Eloheinu, Melech ha-olam, asher natan lanu et derekh ha’yeshua ba’Meshiach Yeshua. Baruch Hu. Amein.
Blessed are You, Adonai Eloheinu, King of the universe, Who gave to us the Way of salvation through Yeshua ha-Meshiach. Blessed be He. Amen.
