Eternal Question 04: What is the Most Important Issue in all fields of Research?

Updated on December 22, 2012

The Search For Truth

As an Independent Research Scientist, I research the nature of the human condition and mankind's connection to Spirituality. I do so by research and first hand experimentation.

(Please read the Eternal Questions and their answers in order, as the answers build upon one another in an ordered and sequential format.)

A study into the Nature of Reality and Meaning leads to the conclusion that there is one factor that is Preeminent above all others.

What could that factor, that issue, be that it must be preeminent, that makes it the Most important single issue in all fields of research and study?

In the answer to the Eternal Question 02: What is the True Hidden nature of mankind?, We learned that in the study of Human beings, that human beings are subject to being all to easily deceived, whether by our own senses or by other intelligent agencies that seek to take advantage of our inherent weakness.

  • The Issue that I am speaking about is: Truth.

Truth is the primary Issue that must be given its preeminent position.

And What does Truth really represent that makes it so important?

Truth is the Quest of the Nature of our Reality that we find ourselves embedded in.

We say we are seeking Truth, it means that we are searching for what is Real.

Therefore, Truth is the Quest for Reality - to discover the reality of our situation we find ourselves in.

So, Why is Truth and Reality so important? Its really all about our Survival.

We need to know the real situation, the Truth, that we find ourselves in so that we may not only Survive, but to Optimally Survive in this environment.

Only if we make TRUTH the First and the Most important issue in our quest for what is real, will we be able to Survive long enough to find out why we are really here!
