They have an understand of how others feel and can typically put themselves in other peoples shoes, looking at situations from more than one point of view. People with a strong heart chakra are also very kind and forgiving in nature and make trustworthy and loyal friends. The heart chakra is truly at the center of love and relationships, but he idea of love spans much more than love in the romantic sense; it also refers to self-love and universal love, the ideas of acceptance, trust, and appreciate in all beings and things.
The Chakra of Love
As the center of the heart, the fourth chakra is all focused on love and acceptance. Trust and forgiveness, therefore, are very important aspects of this chakra. Those that have a high energy in the heart chakra trust very easily and are also more accepting of all types of people. These ideals are all things that we should strive for, and, when paired with the third eye and crown chakras, we begin to see the true and ultimate purpose of human nature; to love and accept those for who they are. If you have a strong crown and heart chakra, you will see this and that our goal as a human race extends to creating a global community of brothers and sisters who love and accept all people, no matter who they are or where they come from. It is important to have an understanding of acceptance and tolerance in relation to your heart chakra.
If you have a blockage or an imbalance in your heart chakra, you are most likely suffering in some aspect of your relationships or your emotions. You may feel emotionally unstable and care more about your own benefits than that of others. Often those with an imbalance in the heart chakra become easily jealous of others as well as having trust issues when forming relationships. They have a hard time figuring out how they relate with others and are usually very lonely. These imbalances can actually also lead to health issues related to the heart and lungs, which explains why those with asthma and other lung issues might have some kind of blockage in the heart chakra.
