"Faye's daily words of encouragement " # 40 Todays word is: Tribulation"

We will all go through trials and tribulations, just like Jesus and we must carry our cross, just like Jesus.
We will all go through trials and tribulations, just like Jesus and we must carry our cross, just like Jesus.

"Faye's daily words of encouragement" # 40 Todays word is: Tribulation

Definition of the word Tribulation: A form of distress or suffering; a cause for distress.

Matthews chapter 24 - 21 : For then shall be great tribulations, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no nor ever shall be.

John chapter 16 - 33 : These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace, In the world we shall have tribulations: but be of good of cheer; I have overcome the world

Romans chapter 5 - 3 : and not so, but we glory in tribulation also, knowing that tribulation worketh patience.

Acts chapter 14 - 22 : Confirming the souls of the disciples and exhorting them to continue in faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

Tribulation is the trials and errors of this worldly life, we all go through or we're going through some type of tribulations. The bible speaks of tribulations, so it's of common knowledge.... that we shouldn't protest to much; because it appears that tribulations are a natural occurrence, that happens at one time or another.

We have no control of our tribulations, but if we pray about them and have faith and courage; even this shall pass. We talk about all kinds of tribulations, and none of us want to go through them. But remember, Jesus went through his trials and tribulations and we aren't no greater than he, who suffered on the cross for our sins. If Jesus suffered and carried his cross, we all have to do the same, whether we like it or not.

You are so right. If Jesus went through trials and tribulations, then we will as well. It is good to know that God does provide us with either a way out, or a way to endure our personal tribulations. Thanks for the reminders!
