Before we complain about our troubles or ups and dwons, count your blessings, because someone is in worse shape than you are.
Before we complain about our troubles or ups and dwons, count your blessings, because someone is in worse shape than you are.

"Faye's Daily Words Of Encouragement # 255 Today's Word Is: Worse"

Definition of the word Worse: Means bad, terrible, ill to a greater degree, less favorable,., or unfavorable, with greater intensity or severity.

Matthews chapter 12 -45 : Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits m ore wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse, then the first . Even with them than the beginning.

Matthews chapter 27 - 64 : Command therefore that the sepulchre be made sure until the third day,  lest his disciples come b y night and steal him away, and say unto the people, he is risen from the dead: so the last error shal  be worse than the first.

2 Timothy chapter 3 - 13 : But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving , and being deceived.

2 Peter chapter 2 - 20 : For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein and overcome the latter end is worse, so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.

Jeremiah chapter 7 - 26 : Yet they hearkened not unto me, nor inclined their ear, but hardened the neck: they did worse than thier fathers.

Today's daily words of encouragement word is Worse: Which means bad, terrible, ill to a greater degree, or less favorable with greater intensity and severity. Worse is a situation n one of us want to be in, especially, if we don't have God in our lives. We're in worse shape, then someone that know God and his word.

Being in worse condition is being bad- off, but if we believe in God , we can over come many stumbling blocks and even seemingly impossible situations.A lot of times children of God go through rough and tough times, and we complain about our troubles, but if we just pay close attention  to others, you will find that there's always someone in worse shape the we are, so then we count our blessing, but we should count them, before we're forced to count them.

"I complained because I had no shoes until I met a man who had no feet. Amen creativeone59 - the grass is not always greener on the other side.

Each and everyone of us should be grateful for the blessings we have. I've been suffering of horrid backaches of late, but when I saw a man earlier this week in a wheelchair my pain is moot.

Thinks could always be worse in my humble opinion and I try and remember that every time I complain about something unimportant - isn't it really a lot of unimportant stuff we get bogged down in? Good points, Faye.

Another good reminder to not make anything worse, and yes, we can always see someone who is much worse than we, like that old saying,"I was crying because i had no shoes, then i saw a man with no feet.

      God Bless and Cheers

The "creed" of health professionals (docs, emts, nurses, etc.) is "first- do no harm". Don't make things worse.

So true. In fact, it is good for us to look around and notice that there are others sailing the same sea who may not even be as strong as we are.
