"Faye's Daily Words Of Encouragemment # 329 Today's Word Is: Dwell"

Definition of the word Dwell: Which means to reside, or to linger, to stay around or to be in the midst.

Psalms chapter 23 - 6 : Surely goodness and mercy shall follow you ,all the days of your life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord.

Isaiah chapter 33 -m16n ; He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munition of rocks; bread shall be given him, his water shall be sure.

John chapter 14 - 17 : Even the spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him, but ye know, for he dwelleth with you and shall be in you.

Roman chapter 7 - 17 : Now then it is more I, that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

Ephesians chapter 3 - 17 : That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love.

Colossians chapter 3 - 16 : Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

1 Timothy chapter 6 -16 : Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen , nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen

2 Peter chapter 3- 13 : Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

1 John chapter 4 - 12 : No man hath sen God at any time. if we love one another, God dwelleth in us.

Faye's daily words of encouragement word is Dwell: Which means to reside, or to linger, or to stay around or to tarry, or to be in the midst. The bible tells us that" No man at any time hath seen God, if we love one another , God dwelleth in us and his love is perfected in us." That verse alone holds an awesome power, because it lets us know, if we genuinely and truly love out brothers and sisters in Christ; that God and that the love of God is perfected in us.

What a great confirmation of Gods love for us. The bible also says" That Christ may dwell in your heart by faith; that ye being rooted and grounded in love." Which lets us know that if we have faith, then God is within our hearts and that we are also rooted and grounded in Gods love.

The idea of dwelling with the Lord in a new heaven is so wonderful, and to think that we will see all of our loved ones who have gone on. Praise God.
