"Faye's words of encouragement"# 3 Todays word is: Forgiveness"

If you forgive your brothers and sisters in Christ, then our Father in heaven will forgive us our transgression here on earth.
If you forgive your brothers and sisters in Christ, then our Father in heaven will forgive us our transgression here on earth.

"Faye's daily words of ecouragement" # 3 Todays word is: Forgiveness

Have you forgiven your brother in Christ today.

Matthew: chapter 18-21 thru 22 : Then came Peter to him, and said , Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me , and I forgive him?. till seven times

Jesus saith to him, I say not unto thee, until seven times: but seventy times seven.

Mark : 11th chapter 25-26: And when you stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trepasss. But if you ye do not forgive, neither will your father which is in heaven forgive your trepasses.

We're suppose to forgive each other seventy times seven in a day, that' s a lot of forgiveness. We'll be forgiving each other 490 times a day, so we shouldn't let the petty misgivens hamper the process.

If someone do us wrong or an injustice, we have to be a better person by showing them the love of God, that lives within us. God say if we don't forgive each other , our father in heaven want forgive us our trepasses.

When someone hurt us, it's hard to let go of the pain that was cause by the person; but in order for us to heal and move on, we have to forgive them their indiscretion and get on with living. We have to sometimes genuinely pray about forgiving a person because the pain they caused us runs deep.

If God is able to forgive us our transgression, we should be able to also do the same. Witout forgiveness we don't grow or prosper, we're stagnated until we release the emotional pain an baggage that we're carring around with us. Forgiveness is the ultimate bridge that heals the soul, and moves us in the right direction.

Dearest Faye, There it is. Quite a body of work you have in here, soon there will be 400 Hubs. Forgiveness. It occurred to me today. I am often thinking that I am a forgiving person. I broke it down today while reading the third of the four I wanted to read today.

For Give, For Giving. Forgiveness is a gift from God. When we forgive others we open the flood gates for ourselves. God wants to Give us all of our needs, but he can't until we give this gift of Forgiveness to our brothers and sisters. Then he can freely Give to us, and forgive us. It is only right, that we must give to receive.

Thank you Faye, for giving this to me.

Yes. There is nothing like easing the burden in your hearth by forgiving those that have knowingly or unknowingly wronged you. It is good to always forgive. People will always offend you but please learn to forgive. I love this hub. Thanks.

It's so true how holding on to things can only harm us. Not just mentally, but physically and spritually as well. It takes a strong person to forgive and forget.
