"Faye's daily words of encouragement" # 89 Todays word is: Broken"

Definition of the word Broken: over come by grief or despair.

Psalms chapter 51 - 17 : The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit and a contrite heart; O ; God, thou will not despise.

Psalms chapter 69 -20 : Reproach that broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness, but there was none: and for comforters, but I found none.

John chap0ter 10 - 35 : If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken.

Ephesian chapter 2 - 14 : For he is our peace, who hath made both one, he hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us.

Job chapter 17 - 11: My days are past, my purpose are broken off, even the thoughts of my heart.

A broken spirit and contrite heart is a sacrifice to God. If you don't know it; we have the power to break someone Else's spirit and heart by the words of our mouth. If we suffer a spiritual break down, only God can fix it.  If it's spiritually broken, God has the power to fix anything, or anyone. Our heavenly father can and will fix spiritually and physically broken brothers and sisters in Christ; every day of our lives.

If we pray to God for a healing, he can fix our broken spirit and broken  bodies; all we have to do, is to pray and  believe with all our hearts that God can fix the problem and it shall be done unto us, whether it's spiritual or physical: God is a doctor of all professions. So, remember not to say things that will break the heart or the spirit of our brothers and sisters in Christ; let's always lift up their spirits and not break them down.

God is a doctor of all professions so he's the healer of all diseases, and a builder of all faith, he's answer to all our unanswered prayers, and a solution to everyone problem. We need to keep each other lifted up, and keep all spirits lifted, an d Jesus will bless us in the process.

Encouraging words uplift the person's spirits though he/she is in trouble.

But we are humans, we forget, sometimes we hurt other people's feelings though not intended.

      Thanks for sharing.

It's so true how we can break others down with our words. Our tongue is so small, but it's able to start many fires - care must be taken, we have to think before we speak. Thanks for another reminder.
