For God so Loved the World - I am loved by God
Until the Whole World Hears
One of the most famous verses from the Christian Bible speaking to us of God’s tremendous love.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."- John 3:16
As I sit here at my computer, typing away, I'm reminding of God's unfailing love.
Snow gently falling outside my window, beautifully fresh and new, it looks peaceful. I'm reminded that I'm not sitting in traffic right now so I can appreciate this snowfall. It's a complex mystery that each snowflake is so different and yet it is so gracious. A genuine richness of the snow sweeps across the skies, I feel His loving presence.
It is in these gentle reminders, something so simple, that I know my God loves me. You might think, a snowfall can do that? Well it does for me. I'm inspired all the time. Whether it is the nature or the nature of God, I find comfort in knowing that He is present.
God never gives up on us. It doesn't matter how we feel, or what we did, God gives us His love. God gives us second chances. I lift my voice in worship to your Holy name.
This love is so deep, I am overcome.
My cup is overflowing.
I want to be your hands, your feet.
I see your eyes. I hear your voice.
I want to love you.
Decisions, opinions, the voices that speak against you only bring me closer to you.
Holy Spirit, dwell within me, to rejoice in the day when all our brothers & sisters find your loving mercy.
God's Greatest Gift
The Bible is rich with blessings and instruction. Finding my way in life requires me to be ready and to read it daily. Striving to make a difference, I'm planting the seeds. A harvest will come one day.
"Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up." - James 4:10
Answering the call, I'm left in wonder. I may never know what impact I have had on this world, but in faith I can bloom.
I already have the promise of paradise.
