A better understanding of being a Christian.

Updated on February 4, 2015

Salvation

Am I a Christian?

Will I go to Heaven when I die?

How can I be sure?

These are the most common questions people are asking themselves today. But the most important question to ask yourself is this, am i saved?

Most of us have heard the Bible verse that says whosoever calleth upon the name of the Lord, shall be saved.

This is Gods simple plan of allowing you to become his adopted child. By accepting that this is a gift from God and believing in your heart that God gave his son Jesus to die for our sins and he was buried and arose from the dead, and confess Jesus before men, you will become saved.

Also you must take up your cross daily and follow Jesus.

The main thing to realize is, You must believe in your heart that this is true and accept it as a gift. For that is the only way one can enter into Heaven.

Jesus can return at any moment. We as Christians are to be looking for his return and be found faithful.

Short, sweet, and to the point, Paul...that's how I like it. :0)

If one believes in the promises of Christ Yeshua and His almighty Father, then one must also believe these verses:

"Be thou faithful unto death and I will give thee a crown of life."

"Believe and be baptised and ye shall be saved."

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotton Son, that whoever should believe in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life."

It is also said that if you believe in your heart and confess with your lips that Christ is Lord, you will be saved. If this is so, why do you hope you will be saved when our Savior has guaranteed it? :0)
