God Is In Control/Always

Updated on August 12, 2011

God is in control.

But Joseph said to them, "Do not be afraid, for am I in God's place? "As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good in order to bring about this present result, to preserve many people alive.

Genesis 50:19,20 NASB

Have you ever felt like God has lost all control over you and your life, and you feel alone and secluded?

Well, I get that way but I always remind myself that no matter my feelings He is always in control of what is going on in our lives and we just have to go on and keep fighting the good fight..

Going through trials and storms is apart of life, Jesus said there would be trouble in the world but He has overcame the world and we can too with His power in us. We have to hold onto His promises and keep letting God be in control of our lives.

We know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.Hold onto those words above and keep them in your heart because God is always in control of everything . Going through storms in our lives keeps us from focusing on His ways and His will. We get caught up in our lives and the pain we go through, but we have a Savior that holds onto us and never leaves us. He said He would never leave us nor forsake us. I go back to those words of His every time the pain comes.

Please keep believing God is in Control and read the words below, have peace in your heart.

"When we feel that no one understands us, that there is no one we can trust, that we need someone who will always be there, we can turn to the Lord, even in our despair, in our disappointment, and also later in our gratitude."

Thanks for the encouragement, we need to stay close to the source of encouragement, for sure! I always find comfort in the Psalms of David, a man after God's own heart.

My heart leaps for joy at the encouragement of your words. God holds us and guides us even when we can't feel His hand. Beautifully written. Breath taking. A pastor friend told me " There is no room for despair in your life. The power that raised Jesus from the dead is also at your disposal." How awesome is that? I pushed the beautiful button on this. Thank you.
