Have you gone through your cacoon stage yet?
He will never leave you
No pain ,no gain
Tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. —Romans 5:3-4
If we never failed, where would the sweetness of our victories come from? If we never had to do without where would our appreciation for the people and things we have been blessed with come from? I don’t believe you will ever appreciate a good meal until you have starved, I don’t believe you will ever appreciate have a home until you have been homeless, I don’t ever believe you will ever appreciate kindness until you have been in desperate need with no one seemly there to help you until and unknown out the goodness of their heart comes to give you the help you need. I have experienced all these things from both sides, the side of having and sharing with those in need and the humbling experience of the one being in need. Believe me, it is in these trenches that you do your most growing It is in our hard times that we do the best learning.
What is the difference between an obstacle and an opportunity? Our attitude toward it. Every opportunity has a difficulty, and every difficulty has an opportunity. J. Sidlow Baxter
It is like a caterpillar in its cocoon. It is fighting to change from a caterpillar to a beautiful butterfly, and then it must fight to come out of its cocoon. When it does it soars gracefully joyously into the sky.
You gotta go through the hard times to appreciate the good times. Joseph-Anthony: Green
So, if you are going through the cocoon stage now, take heart. You will make it and when you struggle and burst free from your cocoon you will fly high in the sky.
Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Immanuel, God who is with us, for walking with me through the transformation of a lost child into one wholly in the deepest gratitude to You. We give thanks for the one who suffered the greatest because He loves us Jesus Christ Amen.
May the sweet sunshine of Jesus’ love bless you today and every day.
