Heart Healing Notes

This is basically the life center of the body. This is the chakra we need open in order to love and send that love and light out into the world. With a healthy heart chakra it will make balancing the others easier.

Eating a lot of green foods (ie Kale, Spinach, broccoli, etc…) will help.

Also, STAY POSITIVE. Positive thoughts, affirmations, mantras, whatever it takes. Your thoughts will manifest! Think positive thoughts and turn your thoughts into reality. Pick a daily affirmation or positive word to have with you throughout the day.

Manifestation Exercises

1.Take a piece of paper or index card

2.Write down that you are thankful for your experience or what it is you would like. Be specific and write it like it has already happened.
"I am thankful to the Universe for allowing me to receive ____________________."

3.Place this somewhere where you can keep it.

Vision Boards

A vision board is another creative project you can do. Take a piece of large paper, or canvas… whatever you want to use to create it. Cut out pictures from magazines, or get them off the internet, use your own pictures etc… Paste them onto the board. Use words, affirmations, quotes. Whatever it is you want to visualize, put it on the board… A new job, home, love, etc….
