The Best Horoscope You Haven't Discovered Yet

"Ganesha" is the Hindu god of prosperity, a friendly and jovial god with an elephant's head. I enjoy horoscopes -- generated in India -- because readers are offered a huge range of choices: daily, weekly (my favorite), monthly, and annual 'scopes, and also compatibility 'scopes -- all free. Just click on your Sun sign. If you register and enter birth and email information you can request a free Moon sign or Birth Star report or "lucky directions," among other fun readings. will send promotional emails, but not too many. For a fee you can consult with their very serious-looking team of astrologers, and their "Ask Any Question" service for $10 is the lowest-priced real astrology anywhere. Be aware that for that price, the answer to your question won't be long or involved. The astrologers blog, from the home page, about current astrological conditions and how they affect business, stocks and sports.

Select your usual Sun sign on the home page's top right. Click for all your 'scopes, plus Sun-sign compatibilities and other information. You'll find the content remarkably specific and fresh. It's great that readers familiar only with classic "Western" or "Sun sign" astrology can still experience this site's generosity and richness. The Hindu or "Vedic" astrology is always there should you want to check it out.

In my experience the weekly horoscopes in particular have proven to be mostly on the mark and very pleasant reading. I loved that Ganesha "said," in one of my annual horoscopes, "The coming year for you brings a lot of money," and it honestly came true. The newly designed site allows visitors who click on the daily horoscope to view horoscopes of today, yesterday, and tomorrow. I like looking a day ahead at what Ganesha is planning for me. The Ganeshaspeaks smartphone app for Western astrology (blue icon) in English is okay if you are really into following your free daily horoscope. There's also an iPhone app in the Hindi language.

The more I explore the site, the better I like it. It's written in excellent English. Exploring the site might make you curious about the Hindu form of astrology, and the more you know about astrology, the better it will serve you.
