Let's remember

“I will consider all your works and meditate on all your mighty deeds.”
Psalm 77:12 New International Version

All through the day I meditate on all the wonderful gifts God as so wonderfully and graciously given me. Meditation is not going into a quiet place and contemplating your belly button lint, it is just quietly thing about something or some one They do not need be earth shaking revelations; they can be simple things like caressing a butterfly on the end of my finger. And you know what; they give me a joyous heart and deep love for my magnificent Father in Heaven.

Why not give it a try today. Every time something good happens to you, not matter how big or small, just say a simple heart felt thank you to God. See how much your life changes with this one simple, yet powerful act.

It isn't what you have in your pocket that makes you thankful, but what you have in your heart. Unknown

Prayer: Jesus Pryyand, Jesus my friend, I humbly ask that today You open my eyes to all the lovely gifts You so kindheartedly bless me with, both great and small. In Your esteemed name I politely ask. Amen

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

      Hi teaches.

      Thank you.

Sadly too many people have the misconception of institutionalized prayer. I believe in KIS (Keep it simple. I know stupid is added at the end, but don't believe in degrading people. There is too much of that today)

      Hi Teaches.

      That's interesting.

I found psycho cybernetics very useful when I studied it thirty years ago. It is very good to know when teaching as well.

      God bless you.

I just finished teaching on this subject in my Psychology class. Meditation in the Christian life helps to understand the character of God and to calm your inner spirit. Love your opening scripture quote. Thanks for the lesson.
