How To Fix The World's Problems

Greg has many opinions when it comes to politics and education. He has no qualms with voicing his opinion..

Every one of us have our opinions about many of the problems going on in the world today. We all have suggestions and some are good ideas.

The fact is: I have the complete answer. I know how to fix the world's problems.

Hop along with the frog and read and learn.

Pass this hub to world leaders and people that have "pull" in solving problems.

I know that this enlightenment I am about to share with all of you is worth trillions upon trillions of dollars, but It is my responsibility to share this wisdom for free.

If world leaders find this hub saves the world's problems, maybe a 900 foot statue of Froggy on top of Mount Everest would be a great way.

(Rolling On The Floor Laughing)

Read on and find out how to solve the world's problems.

We attend a weekly Bible study and the study we have had for the last four weeks has been an eye opener. The title of the study is Taking Responsibility For Your Life. It is my opinion that everyone should go through this series.

The study was lead by a Pastor from Atlanta, Georgia by the name of Andy Stanley. Andy's Father is Pastor Charles Stanley who is another great speaker.

Andy pastors North Point Church and below is the link to the series I speak of. I suggest watching all 4 videos of this great message. This is the first step in fixing the world.

My Responsibility

We all have done it; we try to fix other people.

Once, a long time ago, a man I respected very much told me that I cannot change anyone else, I can only change myself.

This is the main point I must now make. Andy made this point within the message, but I need to yell it here and now:

Take care of your own piece of the pie and the rest will work.

If we cannot change another, why do we try so much? Why not fix my own problems and watch what happens?

Too often, we are so busy trying to fix everyone else, that we do not even look in the mirror at what we are doing.

This system can be used from the top to the bottom. If the United States Government would start fixing the problems at home instead of trying to fix Iraq, Afghanistan, Korea, Syria, and Israel and the Palestinians, the problems over there may get a lot less severe. Why not work on fixing unemployment and the American economy instead of fixing others?

The same goes in the family. If Mom and Dad quit worrying about "keeping up with society", and take care of the issues in their own household, society around them may get a lot easier to deal with.

The main idea in all this is: the title of Andy's message. Take responsibility! We all have primary and secondary responsibilities. If we take care of them, no one else will have to pick them up. Whenever a responsibility is "shirked," someone needs to pick up the responsibility.

The best place to start with all of this is the title of my next text.

God has been taken out of the picture in many ways. Since God is our creator, it is our responsibility to worship Him. Without God, nothing works. Chaos is the main function of a Godless society.

What would happen if Supreme court judges laughed at lawyers who argued that the Ten Commandments be taken out of the courtroom?

What would happen if our President and Congress prayed before every meeting?

What would happen if it were mandatory to have a prayer before the start of your workday?

What would happen if the principal at every school prayed to God before the start of educational programs?

I will tell you what would happen:

John the Baptist said it well when he said: John 3:27: A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven.

My Piece of the Pie

I can hear the arguments now.

"Practice what you preach," they may say. "Why are you trying to fix everyone else?"

Sure, you can look at it that way, but I see it differently. This is my piece of the pie. This is my responsibility to write this. I cannot "fix" any of you who are reading this, but as a son of the Living and True God, it is my responsibility to write and say this. I will not "shirk" this responsibility, as I don't know if someone else will pick it up.

I hear so many people whining and crying about all the problems in the world. This is the way they can be fixed.

If the children are taught about God and all entities worship Him and call upon Him, the world can be fixed. If we keep denying Him, in time, He will deny us.

It is time to put all the differences down and worship Our Heavenly Father. It is quite clear in His Word that there were three-the Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. Now is the time to turn back to Him--yes:

Yep, that is all. If everyone from top to bottom will just listen to the Frog, the world will be fixed.

Many of you may be skeptical, but you really don't know. Try bowing down to God right now and ask Him. He is there, He is everywhere.

I want to give a special thanks to Pastor Andy Stanley for this great message he gave. I hope you all will watch those great videos.

I want to also thank my special friend Thomas Tracey for leading our Bible Study, also his wonderful wife, Cheryl (who is also a new hubber). You can find him pictured in the back of this special picture of some of our church family.

If you are ever here in Puerto Rico, come visit us at Metro Vineyard-all are welcome.

Now bring on the comments.

This is a great hub, and a lot like the one I wrote.

Your hub showed under mine (related hubs) so I thought I would read it.

Our answers are the same, change the world by changing yourself, because that's the only person we can change

      Voted up and Awesome

      Good morning Froggy.

      Very well said.

We need be more concerned with the Holy Spirit helping us deal with our own short comings than trying to fix someone else's problems.

God bless you on your venture of discovery.

If Pastor Andy did the job half as well as you did, he was good. You kept me laughing while you put in the punches. Great job!

      Great hub

I talk to God everyday and he answers me all the time.

I think everyone knows there is a God but knowing and believing is not the same as actually getting to know God.

God is mocked by many who rather worship something/someone they can see or that they think can feed their life with money and power and greed. In reality all they are getting is washed up fantasies.

They keep sinning and hurting thinking ah well we have been doing this for years and nothing, well they mock once too often. Now they see the hands of the almighty God in action.

They don't believe that something you can't see can do anything great and so they worship false idols that seem more important and worship money. It just shows God where they are at.

Anyone can get out of anything by bringing God into your life and getting to know him personally.

Schools use to have prayer but now they don't and its sad. Yet they show tv shows with sex and violence.

God says no excuses when he brings on punishment, even though we can't see him, we have heard/read about him. After all I have to wonder sometimes who they think created heaven and earth.

You just gave me an inspiration for another question on here.

      Thank you
