How do You Know if You are Psychic?

It is a myth that the most intelligent humans only use 10% of their brains. With or without all the cerebral cylinders firing, the human brain is an amazing organ. Each of us is born Blessed with several gifts from God. We are made in His image, Genesis 1:27, so you know we are capable of much more than we allow ourselves. Our souls have a conscience. We have rational thinking and problem solving skills. We have instincts and urges.

In addition to our five common senses, the sixth sense we have is known as Extra Sensory Perception (ESP). Some of us refer to it as God given intuition. We all experience ESP at some point in our lives. Some of us are much better at utilizing the sixth sense than others. For you astrologers out there, we are nearing the Age of Aquarius, and we are very close. This astrological age will bring the world closer together, and begin opening up the ability for telepathy.

Just think about it…

Have you ever called someone at the exact same time that person is calling you? Have you ever had a gut feeling, only to find out that it was correct? Have your eyes ever played tricks on you? Have you ever had trouble getting a specific person off your mind?

Psychic abilities come in many forms. Some people see visions, and some people hear things. Some are extra sensitive to the feelings of others. Some of us see things in our dreams before they happen in real life. You can call it intuition, gut feeling, premonition, or anything else. But, psychic talent is the true definition of those feelings. Pay attention to those instincts. They are God given to protect you. Meditation and prayer will help you polish your talent, if you’d care to do so.

There are prophets all throughout the Bible. There are seers all throughout human history. Skeptics believe that, for some reason, we can’t have modern day prophets. Some fear the word psychic is unholy. Albeit, you can be fooled by demons, but if you have faith in the Lord and pray to use all your gifts for the good, He will answer your prayers if you have a personal relationship with Him. He will protect you.

Beware false prophets. Unfortunately, there are people in the world who are dishonest and just want to take your money. They have no interest in your life or your well being. These people are not using their psychic abilities, nor do they want to. Behold the power of prayer! It’s important to always pray for discernment. In any business agreement, major decision, or just in everyday life, pray for vigilance and discernment. Pray and be still. Trust your instincts. Use your psychic abilities to guide your own life. You may choose to call these feelings any of the following:

• The Holy Spirit
• spirits or ghosts
• spirit guide
• guardian angel
