I KNOW WHAT PRAYER CAN DO
Faith In The Midst Of The Storm
This is an old post. The message is still the same. I have released it again in hopes that it will help and encourage others. Though the final outcome was not what we all wanted, they have come through it. It is now six years later and they have a healthy boy of five years.
There's a song I sing, I don't even know when I first heard it many years ago.
I know what prayer can do. Prayer has brought me through. Pray in the morning, anytime of the day. Prayer will even keep the demons away.
I just got a call a little while ago from my grandson. My first grandchild, and he was crying. He said he was not alright, because his fiance was in intensive care at the hospital, and the doctors cannot hear the heartbeat of their unborn child of five months. As we prayed through tears, I realized he was calling me for strength, and also I realized just how weak I am.
Right now I'm hurting because my baby is hurting, but as I write this and my prayers continue to go up, I know who is in control. I know beyond a doubt that this situation is not over till God says it's over. I pray and believe for life, for the baby and for the mother. I pray her blood is cleansed (diabetes), and becomes whole in her body, that the sugar drops, and the drugs she's been given will not affect her or the development of the baby. I pray that everyone involved with this family turns to the Lord.
So I would really appreciate your prayers of life, of healing.
The Bible says in Ps.121 My help comes from Lord who made heaven and earth. Oh what a mighty God we serve. Yesterday I wrote from Ezekiel 41, how the Lord is in control, and He will fight our battles. I believed it yesterday, and I still believe now, no matter what the report has been.
