In the Beginning.. and then there was life(Poetry by Whonunuwho)

Updated on May 26, 2014
Life forces fly
Life forces fly
Spirits that never die
Spirits that never die
Every sphere that spins in space..
Every sphere that spins in space..
Each new day marks a new beginning, and search for the unknown
Each new day marks a new beginning, and search for the unknown
Gifts of life
Gifts of life
Life, never ending
Life, never ending

In the beginning, and as mankind most surely does assume,

there must be a start of all life, that is what we must presume.

A spark of the bright life force, was to be kindled for us, then,

exploding from a single speck, from one cell, we had to begin.

Just as in the repetitive creation, of all that there is, in all space,

we each are given a number of years, for us to exist in this place.

As our time to pass on does come, and our spirits then take flight,

we will forever have an existence, it not to fade within the night.

Every ball of light or tiny sphere, to have a purpose in this world,

as meteors pass in the darkness, and huge asteroids are hurled.

Earthen worlds, without a number, do spin and twirl in our universe,

the Milky way and galaxy, to share, are such wonders to disperse.

No matter, or to explain a life force, or by who this gift was given,

exploring of unknowns, always a part, as we each are so driven.

By the grace of our creator, a brain, our mind, the only resource,

all doubts or speculation, aside, to search on, our only recourse.

Just as each day, surely follows, the darkness of night, to go before,

life will go on, and forever remade, in celestial heights, by the score.

A search to find, resolutions of a kind, human traits, so hard to deny,

the small, the meek, of us, who I speak, without any end, we shall try.

I try not to condemn or chastise anyone of their faith in my own writings. I believe in a creator and just what anyone else may believe, is of their own worthy faithfulness. Each has a right to worship, or not. All are still brothers and sisters.
