Love and Unity with God is of Christ, Divisiveness is of Evil

Updated on November 20, 2015

The Resurrection of Christ Jesus gives us hope to life eternal.; Let's KJOH

Lord I Offer My Life to You - Total surrender to our Lord Jesus is what it takes to be filled by the Holy Spirit.

Love and Unity with God is of Christ

Reading from above Yahoo post regarding the move to invoke God's guidance and enlightenment in everything that we do, even for fiscal and political reforms, is for me, a great way to start recognizing the role of our Creator, our Almighty God and Father, in healing our land from the pitfalls of evil, selfishness, greed and the lack of regard to life and love of others.

Believing in the presence of our Lord Jesus in all of us is the first step that we must all accept in our life.

He is the Son of God and our true Savior who is the (click following link for God and Jesus power verses) Lords of Lords and the King of Kings as in Revelation 17:5, as he is God incarnate.

Jesus was already present as he was in the Spirit of God during creation, One Spirit with The Lord.

As in John 1:3, "All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made." And this same message is also in Colossians 1:16.

And this is further explained on our post: "Amazing 'Laminin,' Binding Truth of the Cross and Creation, and Avoiding Hell," with the discovery of the protein molecule that binds all the human body together which is in the form of a cross, signifying our oneness in Christ Jesus since the beginning of creation, a connection to the spiritual realities of our being now revealed in science.

There is reason for us to all rejoice and celebrate Jesus' presence in all of humanity, waiting to be revealed as in Colossians 3:1-17, on top of what has been revealed in Laminin and Christ's binding cross in us.

And it is this same cross that should empower us to unite all of humanity together as one with God, prepared to die to our 'self' and find true peace and happiness living in Christ Jesus.

The realities of spiritual warfare, its implications in this life and the need to address it as we empower ourselves with the power of God's words in Jesus has never been as urgent as before with the growing threat of evil in society.

The demon is real as God is real, but remember, Jesus is above all things and we may saved from anything demonic if we only believe in the power of 'Christ crucified' in us, and in His saving grace.

And it is very interesting to read of an unbiased resource about spiritual warfare in Wikipedia, as it tries to explain how different religions and Christian denominations may share their own interpretations.

"Praying for discernment as we may read, dissect and try to understand God's words set forth in the Holy Bible to empower us against all forces of evil in this life, in the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we may better be enlightened to properly arm us in any such spiritual challenge, for it is the 'Word' that will unite us and adds life to us, but evil will always file a false claim to power in the flesh, in truth, it is the 'Word' that has conquered evil as we are humbled, where the vulnerability of the flesh may come to unite us in spirit, with the Spirit of God. In everything that happens all these have to happen, for God's 'divine plan' is in all of us, in our spirit we may understand this eternal truth. In the 'Word,' in Jesus, comes the glory of God (KJOH)."

That is why every time we make a choice, God's gift of 'free will' in us may either lead us to His light or take us to darkness.

It is very important to realize this in spiritual warfare, becoming aware of the lure of evil every moment of our life, arming ourselves with the power of God's words at every opportune time of engagement may see evil weakened in its thrust to gain control of what rules our mind in our pride, and what rules our flesh in our hunger and thirst for lust.

It can be too tempting to resist, as it is in the minds of men that lust, malice and greed may fill his hunger and thirst, however temporary and passing, the flesh may find itself weak and defenseless, especially so, when lacking in faith or when lacking in understanding of How God has so empowered us of His piercing and healing words of love, truth, justice, mercy. kindness, compassion and forgiveness.

The end result may see in one a painful reminder of what may last longer than the joyful or ecstatic pleasure it was meant to deliver.

And Alas, pray thee that the pain will not last longer than one may stand to bear or muster, or will it be a lifetime, worse, God forbid, forever?

The evil one is in a battle against all good spirits in men, designed to trap more souls into his lair, for if we so submit ourselves to his prodding, to his senseless and meaningless whispers of deceit and negativity, are we no less than an unsuspecting instrument of his deception so chosen to deny our very Master and Lord in Jesus, blinded by whatever temporary pleasure he has laid before us that may soon lead to addiction, to doing the usual things out to corrupt our minds at the expense of our better judgment?

May we realize that we have been created not to primarily satisfy our 'self,' but to live for the love of others and in the love of God. Once we leave from this premise and this truth, expect rougher times ahead as we may lose track of our path towards the light of Christ as we may choose to follow evil, in total darkness and confusion, with the absence of God in our life.

[Read on related post: Jesus, our forgiving Lord and Savior, and the Consciousness of the Mind in a Lifeless Body]

And the more we see and feel the signs of Christ's second coming the more we may have to be aware and be more than prepared as evil forces are seen to panic with Satan knowing how much time he has left to lure more people and souls into his empty promises, and sadly, these hapless souls and willing victims of his may have to contend with eternal damnation, and if God do desires, destroy their souls forever, for only God has the power to destroy both body and soul in hell, as in Matthew 10:28.

May more believers in God and in Christ see the urgency of this need to unite that we may all become witnesses to God's power in Christ's love and mercy as we may too show our love for one another and would do we not feel the greater power there is in accepting our faults, removing from us all malice, selfishness, insecurities and anxieties as we become stronger in our faith, remaining firm and persevering in our resolve to make a big difference in uplifting the quality of life we are in, also the quality of life of our brothers and sisters in need, physically, emotionally and spiritually, and that they too may see God's light in this life and be saved?

As in Romans 8:28-31, "If God is for us, who can be against us?"

With so many horrific things, violence, meaningless crimes, killings and enmity among brothers in the Middle East and elsewhere, chaos and disasters going on in the world right now including climate changes that have posed much danger to life never before experienced in the history of mankind, are these not the signs of the rapture as in the Book of Revelation by Saint John?

Even in churches, we see priests, pastors, Imams, rabbi's, bishops, cardinals and other men of God succumbing to sin and temptation, just like us when we allow ourselves to become instruments of evil and hypocrisy, letting pride and power, arrogance, selfishness and greed, human intelligence and human wisdom to rule over us, instead of God's wisdom and living God's words.

In Matthew 5:20, Jesus said, "For I say to you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven."

Rapture or not, we shall need to equip ourselves with the words of Christ and touch others.

And Christ Jesus has assured those who remain faithful to him will have nothing to worry, for whosoever lives and believes in him shall never die, as in John 11:26.

Until our body and spirit is fully cleansed from any malice and evil that comes from sins of lust and of pride, an unforgiving and a hardened or incorrigible heart, still live in obsessive cravings and greed for material things that continue to cause poverty around us, division and hatred among men and women in society, we may never claim to have surrendered our 'self' to God as we are still in denial of the truth in Christ's words especially so when we refuse to even love and care for others in need.

I see nothing wrong with material things, money, work, raising a family, businesses, online sites, social media and networking, video and computer games, sports, entertainment, dreams and aspirations, technology and science just as long as we remain in humility and obedience in total surrender to God, willing to leave and sacrifice all these things as he so wills it in us for a greater calling, acknowledging that in all these things he may be glorified and he is our all in all (watch YouTube video below) for without him, all these things we are blessed with become useless, meaningless and nothingness as these may take away eternal life in us if used to glorify evil, malice, deceit and lust.

Watching the beautiful and touching YouTube Music Video entitled 'Lord I Offer my Life to You,' brings us to the meaning of 'total surrender,' that of total commitment and total obedience to the words and commands of Christ Jesus, offering everything that we have and do, offering our life, with our talents, time and treasures in this life, surrendered to Jesus in our love for him, our love for our family, and for others as well. Then we may see our body and spirit filled with God's love, in God's fullness through the presence of the Holy Spirit in us.

Without total surrender, we may remain confused and be subjected still to sin as we fail to fully trust in the Lord. In total surrender, we become as powerful as Jesus against all evil, that in turning to him and uttering his holy name, the evil one cowers in fear as we learn to live, believe and fully surrender and trust in him.

And yes, we start proclaiming this truth early on to our spouse, to our family, to our children, in our love for them all, that we all may become stronger against the evil one, and learn to spread this truth to others by witnessing, by good examples attuned to Christ's teachings, in deeds of love and truth, done in peace and with great compassion, in our deep faith and love for God.

And as in Matthew 16:25, Jesus said, "For whosoever would save his life shall lose it: and whosoever loses his life for my sake shall find it."

Divisiveness is of Evil

Viewing the YouTube video of the late Archbishop Fulton Sheen on 'The Devil and the Diabolic' I have become more aware of divisiveness in relationships, in marriages, in the church and organizations, at work, in communities and even among nations comes as a result of pride, malice, greed and evil in our midst.

In humbling myself to the words of God, accepting my faults and repenting for my sins, I have found true peace from within me.

Forgiving myself, my love ones and others, has given me joy as I know that it is in forgiving that I may find forgiveness from my God, as in Mark 11:25.

Again, it is our trust and faith in our Lord Jesus that we must continue to rely on as we deny the evil one access to our body and spirit.

And it is through our prayers, our good deeds and our obedience to our Lord, willing to become instruments of God's love for others as we so decide die to our 'self' that others may live, that we may help save others from the bondage of sin and yes, even from poverty, and in all these, we may be blessed as God in us if glorified.

For what is the use of living in sin, in lavish wealth and luxury, while others suffer? Can we not open our eyes to the reality that whether we like it or not, death will catch up on us where in the end, we may be judged not on how much we have or had, but on how much we have loved God through the love of others as in Matthew 25:31-46.

Let us be honest to ourselves, are we here living this life to save our souls onto eternal life by loving and forgiving others, and believing in Christ Jesus, or are we here to destroy our life forever by believing and idolizing what is evil in this world and remain carelessly selfish as we deny our very Creator despite our countless blessings with him who has shown his care, mercy, forgiveness and love for us despite our sinfulness in this life?

Remember my friends, in Matthew 10:16, our Lord Jesus said that in the end... "So the first will be last and the last will be first."

Quiet Time

Allow the Holy Spirit to come into your heart, and sincerely ask forgiveness of your sins against God and against others, as you may invoke him in your spirit, humble yourself in his presence and allow Jesus to reveal himself to you and to take control of your life, cry out if you will as you may want to release that pain in your guilt, of malice, of bitterness, of retaliation and of vengeance, of pride and of conceit, of selfishness and of arrogance, of non forgiveness in your heart, instead of crying out loud for forgiveness when it is all too late on the day of reckoning when we all may be judged, and if you may so decide, seal yourself with the love of Jesus and his grace in a church nearest you, if not yet baptized, and be baptized in your life long commitment and be blessed in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit as in Matthew 28:19, that you may have eternal life in you as you chose to become a faithful servant and disciple of God in Christ Jesus.

May we all be one in the love and mercy of Christ Jesus and surrender all 'hypocrisy' in our hearts and offer these at the foot of Christ's cross, that we all may be cleansed by his blood through his great sacrifice as we remember him dying for us on the cross, that we may see the forgiveness of our sins, and be renewed in his love, and forever live in his grace.

Thank you for your kind thoughts Carol. Do you also believe that we all should unite in sharing the light of Christ with all the rest of mankind?

Our spirit has a strong influence in our body. I have come to believe, as it is in my spirit, that my faith and continued trust in Christ Jesus has revealed many things from nature that heals us better, with the help of our immune system which God has gift all of us with in creation. In prayer for healing, invoking the Holy Spirit, and in humility and obedience to God, the faster we heal. A teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in lukewarm water has helped lower down blood pressure in many, even in me and my wife, see url: stay healthy in Christ with nature.

I can see importance of spiritual warfare in this life as more people need to be strengthened in both body and spirit against the evil one that creeps into man and causes pain to unsuspecting victims.

In our effort to make a difference in this world, may we all see the light of Christ shine upon us and see Jesus in our hearts and spirit that others may too follow and die to our 'self,' love and help others in need and start to help heal the world, physically or materially, emotionally and spiritually.
