It's Not My Time

Updated on July 11, 2017

It Was Not My Time

Cold murky water
Going down, going down
Darkness surrounds
Going down , going down

Floating up again
“Help” I cry
Only darkness
Going down , going down

Saw an angel flying
Heard an angelic choir
Then a voice
“It’s not your time”

“ Return, return”
“ It’s not your time”
Going down , going down
It’s not my time

Did I return
From whence I came
No one can say
It was not my time.

Muddy Waters

I died once when I was six years old. The doctor described it as Rheumatic Fever. He told my mother that I might not live. She piled covers upon me, to sweat out the fever. I lay there in the bedroom. It was getting increasingly difficult to breathe. Finally, I wondered what would happen if I could no longer breathe. I found out. I floated up to the ceiling corner and saw my body back down on the bed. My mother came in a few minutes later and screamed. She knelt down and looked up praying, "Don't take her, I need her!" With that, an invisible hand pushed my energy or spirit back into my body and as my fever broke. One strange thing. I didn't feel as though I was six years old anymore. I felt MUCH OLDER! I looked at my hand and could see dimples of an infant's hand, but was not a little girl in mind anymore. As I asked the Universe, "How old am I, really?" The video, picture came into my mind's eye of ocean waves, breaking against an ancient shore! That old, huh? Yes, I KNEW that it was true. At the time, I had never heard anything about reincarnation. But for some reason, I understood music theory from the age of two. I believe that every one of us has many, many lives, in order to develop our spirits. Just a thought.
