KEYS TO HAPPINESS

In the name of Allah the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Praise be to Allah, and peace and salvation to his prophet.

Nowadays, we see more and more in people: Boredom, fatigue and lack of happiness ... they are caught anxiety, bitterness and melancholy, haunted by loneliness and confusion, strangled by a sense of weight Breast. They are stressing the future in mind, torment of remorse, and sink into endless grief about the past.

This is simply a spiritual emptiness and lack of faith often leading the human being to flee to the sins and distractions, he starts to listen to music to find joy, jumping from one program suckled another to forget, to smoke, to play or to read newspapers in the hope of finally find deliverance.

This is one of the greatest evils destroying human beings, moving them away from their lord. So I decided to write this unveiling the essential keys to true happiness, to deal with this evil and uproot, and allow hearts to recover their joy and their souls serenity. May Allah send us there.

KEYS TO HAPPINESS in Islam:

1 / The contempt of this world and its pleasures

Remember, believing that you have not been created for this world, but for another. The Prophet (peace and salvation be upon him) said: "Be in this world as a stranger or a passenger" [Bukhari], so do not be disappointed if you pass next to some of its pleasures, and know any act, unless it is done for Allah, is vain, and all the delights of this world are ephemeral, Allah said: "and do not stretch out your eyes towards what We have given for enjoyment to various groups them, the splendor of this life in order to test them thereby. Allah provides (in Paradise) is better and more lasting. "[Ta-Ha: 131]. Indeed, it saddens most people in this life is to miss its pleasures, they think to find happiness with money, prestige and beauty, but it is that a big mistake. The believer, however, knows that this life, for Allah, not even equivalent to a mosquito's wing. A stake predecessor said "life is only carrion, and her suitors dogs." The Prophet has also wished their misfortune, saying: "Woe to him who is the slave of the dinar, dirham, and Khamissa, he is satisfied when given, otherwise unhappy" [Bukhari ] (the Khamissa is an elegant outfit).

2 / contender happiness, make your future life goal

For one whose concern is the satisfaction of Allah and obedience, and whose goal is eternal life, will never be too affected by the worries of this world or its terms. There will be more Allah's help and support. The Prophet said: "He whose concern is the Hereafter, Allah will place his wealth in his heart, will gather around him his own, and it is the virtues of this world will be forced to offer him . And one whose concern is the life of this world, Allah will make him see that poverty will scatter around him of his own, and he will not get more of this world than what was predestined him " [Reported by At-Tirmidhi and authenticated by Al-Albani].

3 / pretending to happiness, this life is a test and test house

Allah Exalted says: "He who created death and life to test you (to know) which of you is best in deed" [Al-Mulk: 2] he also said, "Do the people think we will let them say, "We believe!> not be tested? "[Al-Ankabout: 2], and his prophet says:" The present life is the prison of the believer and the unbeliever paradise "[mouslim].

Patience is the inevitable outcome, a patient with the test, and patience in obedience. The Prophet, peace and salvation be upon him, said, "the size of the reward is in the order of the test, and when Allah loves people, he puts them to the test; those of them who accept it will be approved, and those who have courroucent in wrath. [Reported by At-Tirmidhi and found good by Al-Albani]. Allah says, "Most certainly, We shall test you with something of fear and hunger and loss of wealth and lives and fruits. And give glad tidings to the patient "[Al-Baqarah: 155].

4 / Learn to believe in fate and accept

Indeed, this will not bring grief to a misfortune, and not get lost in remorse. Allah says: "No calamity befalls the earth or in yourselves, which is in a Book before We make it happen; surely that is easy for Allah "[Al-Hadid: 22], and the prophet says:" Be hungry for what you beneficial, implore the help of Allah, never falter, and if evil touch thee do not say: "If I had done such a thing he would not have touched me", but said: "Allah has predestined well, and what he wanted, he did it" because the word " if "opens the way for the work of Satan" [Muslim].

5 / Do not be grieved by the injustice of people towards you

It is to them even, not to you, that their nuisance prejudice, provided it does not concern you, remember that Allah is behind them, identifies all sides, and has full power on them, he prolongs the stay, but do not fail. The Messenger of Allah said: "O you who believe only with the word, and whose faith has not yet reached the heart, do not cause harm to Muslims, do not mock them, and track down not their fault, for he who tracks the shortcomings of his brother, Allah will track his own to disclose the same in his home "[Reported by at-Tirmidhi and authenticated by Al-Albani], and this in this life but the day of resurrection will be the retaliation with the only common good and bad actions.

6 / contender happiness multiplies your remembrance of Allah

Allah Exalted said, "Those who believe, and whose hearts find satisfaction in the remembrance of Allah. Is it in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest "[Ar-Raad: 28]. Ibn Qayyem said: "There is in the heart hardness that only dissolves the remembrance of Allah," Malek Ibn Dinar said, "No one has ever raised such pleasure than the remembrance of Allah exalted" and another predecessor said, "Poor people are of this world, they emerged without tasting the best of its delights. What is this delight him are we asked? He replied: Loving Allah, know and invoke ". Finally Allah says: "And whoever turns away from My Reminder, verily for him is a life narrowed down, and the Day of Resurrection We shall raise him up blind" [Ta-Ha: 124].

7 / contender happiness implore Allah the Exalted to help

Lift up your hands to him, invoking and beseeching the Prophet said, "No worshiper says, was reached by a concern or sorrow:" O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, and of thy handmaid my forelock is in your hand, inevitable and both just was fate that you traced me, I ask you, by any name that is unique which you're qualified thyself, or did you down in your book, or you did know was one of your creatures, or that you preferred to keep in your knowledge of the unknowable, to make the quran the spring of my heart, the light of my breast, appeasement my grief, and the dissipation of my concern ", without Allah do away his concern, and do not replace their sorrow with joy" [Reported by Ahmad and authenticated by Ibn Hibbène]. Another inclusive invocation providing tranquility, "O Allah I implore your mercy, not commit myself to the point I would do the time for a blink of an eye and improves my condition, no god besides you" [Reported by Abu Dawood and authenticated by Ibn Hibbene].

Another invocation also, the prayer of the consultation (Al-Istikhara), with which man avoids any remorse, blame or regret for the choices he undertakes in his life, because the consultant knows that the property is Allah chooses.

8 / contender happiness, flee to prayer

Allah Exalted says: "And seek help in patience and prayer certainly, prayer is a hard thing except for the humble" [Al-Baqarah: 45]. When the prophet had a concern, he hastened to prayer because he found serenity trusting in his Lord. It is himself who said, "exalted Allah said:" O children of Adam, devote yourself to My worship and I will fill your heart with satisfaction and will fill your need, however, if you do not, I saturerai your hands occupations and not will fill your need "" [Reported by At-Tirmidhi and authenticated by Ibn Hibbene].

9 / pretending to happiness, watch out for sins

It acts on the heart as do the venoms of snakes and scorpions on the body except that the poison of sin is often felt that when he once dominated, its painful aftermath and its bitter fruits appear then, and headed the worries and anxiety, grief and stress, weariness and boredom, add to that the deprivation of livelihood, and the annihilation of the blessing related to the life and money.

10 / pretending to happiness, beware of empty

If you do not occupied your soul by obedience, Satan will occupy by sin, slander and problems of this life. therefore occupies your time with adoration (invocations, prayers, recitation of the Koran, learning the religion, the call of Allah, recommendation of suitable and ban blameworthy), and doing good in general and toward others in particular, for all this diffuse happiness and cheerfulness in the heart of the faithful.

And know that this life is only three days past day, a day in which you are, and an upcoming day. The stunned, unhappy is the one who spoils his day to regret the past or worrying about the future. The intelligent, skillful is the maintainer of this day, the care with what is beneficial to him, and is careful not to waste it.

11 / pretending to happiness, learns to recognize the benefit

Whoever wants happiness must meditate on the blessings he enjoys, it allows him to be satisfied with his situation. Compare, O faithful, that which Allah has given to what you have been private, keep the Benefits of Islam, of guidance, time, health and all other divine gifts. Allah says: "And if you count the favors of Allah, you could never count them. Allah is Forgiving, Most Merciful "[An-Nahl: 18] The Prophet has also guided us in that direction, saying:" Look at those who are below you, not those who are in it, it will save you lessen the favor of Allah "[Muslim].

12 / pretending to happiness, fix your dogma

Corrects your faith in Allah, trusting yourself to him, and placing your hope in him. "Relying on Allah" means to depend on your heart to him, trust him, and let him take care of your support cases. Allah Exalted said: "And whoever fears Allah, He will give him a way out and provide for him by [means] in which it did not count. And whosoever puts his trust in Allah, He [Allah] is enough for him "[At-Talaq: 2-3]. "Hope" means trust in the generosity of the Lord, covet that which is in his possession, attachment to his mercy and playfulness to his grace. Allah said through the word of Yakub: "And do not despair of the mercy of Allah. These are only the unbelievers despair of the mercy of Allah "[Yusuf: 87].

13 / pretending to happiness, made faith

Allah Exalted said: "Whoever, male or female, does good and is a believer, We will give them a good life. And We will recompense them according to the best of their actions "[An-Nahl: 97], and the Prophet said:" What affair Believing is amazing! His case involves (for him) as well, and this favor belongs only Believer: If the subject of a happy event, he thanked Allah and this is for him good. If he suffers a misfortune, he endures it patiently and that is still good for him "[Muslim].

He then reaches faith, beneficial knowledge and beneficence, will taste in taste, and in this regard, the authority of Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, as Allah's mercy be upon him, said: "It is in this world a paradise, one that did not penetrate will not penetrate that of the last day, "he also said, he whose whole life was only fighting and patience with oppression:" that may well be my enemies me ? My paradise, my garden is in my heart, no matter where I go, he accompanies me. Imprison me is give me a retreat, kill me is to make me a martyr, and exile from my country is indulge in tourism ".

We implore Allah to open our hearts, dispel our torments, and make us triumph over his enemy and ours.

And the closing of our invocations is: Praise be to Allah, Lord of the universe.
