Learning How To Just BE

You ever feel like you're fighting to swim upstream and the current of life is working against you?

Nothing is easy anymore.

After one problem here comes another, and then the next.

Always rushing here to there, never finding time to just be.

You have developed a routine of preparing yourself for work, putting in (8) hours, coming back home only to find that there is still more to do.

If you have young children the obligations are overwhelming.

After accommodating the needs of your family its time to prepare yourself to go back to work again.

Overcoming Stress and Anxiety

Life has a natural flow to it.

Just as the sun rises in the East and sets in the West, as night follows day, and as the seasons change throughout the year all happening without resistance, on the contrary, it is rare that we experience this flow of ease in our lives

Life is very challenging indeed and this kind of never ending routine can lead to a stress-filled life and ultimately to illness or death.

If you find yourself at the point of being overcome by stress, it is mandatory that you begin to seek out ways to alleviate it .

This article is simply written to bring awareness to the subtle ways in which stress creeps in and how to combat it.

I have noticed throughout the course of my day, I am always doing something too. I never seem to find the time to just BE.

I find myself experiencing life as a human going or coming, talking or listening, thinking or contemplating. Rarely am I a human just being.

It is incredible how I am defined in a way I rarely experience.

This simple fact has startled me on several occasions and given me an uneasy feeling that something isn't quite right.

It appears my life is filled with everything except BEING.

Being bombarded with all of the cares of the world seems so natural after many years of exposure to it.

The most difficult thing to do is JUST BE because just being feels unusual.

There are always distractions keeping you away from learning to BE.

There is even music in the elevators.

It is something to this because everything that keeps you away from it is commonplace.

We have so many distractions that interfere with the fluidity of our lives and causes an interruption to our natural state.

Chaos is the common denominator and experiencing what it means to just be is foreign to us.

All forms of meditation teach and reinforce our need to come to grips with the concept of BEING. Just BEING is the pathway for getting in touch with YOUR MOST POWERFUL SELF.
