Let Thy Blood by Faith Applied

Updated on April 18, 2011

This is a song that I found author unknown.

Flesh from the atoning Sacrifice

The world's Redeemer bleeding lies

That man, his foe,for whom He bled

May take Him for his daily bread

This be My joy and comfort here

This pledge of future glory mine

Jesus, in spirit you appear

From thy dear hand may I receive

The tokens of thy dying love

And, while I feast on earth,

Believe that I shall feast with Thee above

Let thy blood by faith applied

The sinners pardon seal

By thy dying love to man

Take all our sins away

And all our sickness heal

By passion on the tree

Let our griefs and troubles cease

And bid us go in peace.

The Lord says, Cast "ALL" your cares upon Him, all heaven declares the Glory of the risen Lord, who can compare with the beauty of the Lord, forever He will be the Lamb upon the Throne.

Create in me a clean heart O God, and renew a right spirit within me, restore to me the joy of the salvation, Lord I want to be close to you, take my heart and lead me closer and closer to you.

Be still for the presence of the Lord, the Holy One is here, come bow before Him now, with reverence and fear, in Him no sin is found, we stand on Holy ground, be still, for the presence of the Lord, the Holy One is here,

He comes to cleanse and heal to minister His Grace, no work too hard for Him, be still, for the power of the Lord is moving in this place.

Broken for me, broken for you, the body of Jesus Christ has offered His broken body to us that we might be whole, come to My table and dine with Me, come to My table and drink with Me so that your sins will be washed away.

Christ carried the burden of our sins on Himself when He went to the cross, but all praise to our dear Lord because He rose again to life, now we can receive the eternal life that is promised to us when we hand over to Jesus our broken lives, He will make us new again.
