There is Nothing New Under the Sun.

If M.L.K., Jr. was alive today; without a doubt, he would condemn this latest movement of hate under the banner of BLM. No man is perfect in all his ways under heaven and neither was Dr. King; but a man is best known by his public legacy whereas his private life is left to his intimates. Sadly in this culture, too many people are more interested in every other person's private lives and largely blind to their own eternal failures.

I do not follow a man but I can have great respect for their passion when it comes to the greater good for humanity as a whole. Here was a man who witnessed massive social injustice and set about to bring change in the way he dreamed best. He accomplished more in his shortened life than any other single person I can personally recall. Sadly, soon after his death, several people began to attempt to capitalize upon Dr. King's legacy to build their own legacy with largely poor results. Today, I read an article on how BLM is trying tie themselves with Dr. King as "their" focus point: voila - a scripture came to mind. 2 Corinthians 6:15 "And what accord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?"

I have always considered myself as "color-blind" but I am truly a very prejudice individual when it comes to those who espouse hate, whether it be "skin-heads, KKK or BLM". Now consider that the hatred of Christians is growing at an ever increasing rate; so why not sully the Christian heritage of Dr. King. The most hated person to ever walk this earth is Jesus Christ and He left a message for those of us who believe in Him as Lord - Matthew 10:22 "And ye shall be hated of all men for My name's sake...". I would take heed to your relationship to Christ if you do not have those within your family or circle of acquaintances that really do not care for you or your message that you convey by just even your personal lifestyle and preferences. Dr. King made a lot of friends and even more enemies, but his message NEVER wavered.

Throughout history, morally weak individuals have risen to ride the legacy of those they "may" have admired or their influence upon their society as their ticket to fame and fortune. There is NO other name or legacy under heaven that has given rise to the myriads that have used the name above all names, our Lord Jesus Christ, as a foundation for legitimacy for their wicked schemes and devilish deeds. The Word gives us the enemies' plan within the parable of the mustard seed.

The Parable - To Enlighten and To Confuse!

Why did Jesus speak in parables? Matthew 13:10 "..Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the Kingdom, but to them it is NOT given." The Word of God is foolishness to those who believe not and the mystery of the mustard seed is a warning to believers and an encouragement to the wicked. Always remember this - His ways and thoughts are diametrically opposed to our ways and thoughts: we need to seek wisdom from the Holy Spirit to discern the Truth hidden within the mystery of the parable.

matthew 13:31-32 - "...the kingdom of heaven is like to grain of mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field: which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof."

If you ever wonder why there are so many mega-church buildings with huge crowds, welcome to the parable of the mustard seed. To the world, bigger is obviously better and to maintain their massive budgets (i.e. - salaries, benefits, etc.), they must appeal to ever larger audiences. The Bible is very specific in that the Truth will attract the "few", whereas the worldly will attract the "many". I make no apologies for my disdain for the super large assemblies, as I once was member of one in Southern California and have visited others on special occasions; the common thread between all was the massive display of money. Even the crowds are different, in that you find very few poor of this world attending whether it is from intimidation of elitism or God given wisdom that He affords the poor of this world per James 2:5.

The Parable of the Sower (Matthew 13 & Luke 8) explains that the fowls of the air are the workers of the Devil that come to devour the seeds of Truth, however sparse, that have been sown, even in ignorance. The Luke passage adds "..lest they should believe and be saved." Our Sovereign God determines who shall hear and believe and who shall be deaf to His Word. The mega-churches, the cults, and the denominations that have gone the way of the world are NOT outside of God's plan for His Church. Like J. Vernon McGee used to say - "thank God for the cults, it gets the riffraff out of His Church." Friendliness and acceptance by the world is enmity towards God (James 4:4). The question is:

What does all of this have to do with Dr. King and BLM?

Death and Torture - In the Name of Christ????

The Inquisition Gave Millions A Reason To Hate Christianity.

When The Wicked Spoil Another's Good Name.

The infamous Inquisition which began in 1233 A.D. murdered untold thousands, all in the name of the church and "Jesus Christ". Any sane person would know that it was never about heresy towards true Christianity but one of money and power perpetrated by godless and wicked men claiming the righteous banner of Christianity. In reality, the majority of those killed were either Jewish or true believers, for it was those who stood fast for the Truth that were their greatest obstacle in their deceit upon the masses. The wicked always seek legitimacy when about their deceitful and malevolent ways; it strengthens their hold upon the ignorant and unsuspecting, who then become their willing dupes, partners in crime so to speak.

You don't have to look very far within the social media for the ill-informed to cite massive numbers of murders and deaths caused by Christians throughout the last two millennia. The Truth being said, all of this is a lie, but one that is growing in popularity, for again the blatant hatred of Christians is on the rise within our borders and will only cease at the return of our Lord. In reality, BLM hates the message of Dr. King, but if by coup they could convince others that is not so, it will add some fuel to their despicable cause.

Remember this: the King of Kings is still in control of all of the affairs of man and He is driving this world towards final judgment. He has warned His Bride that in the "last days" the wicked will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. This last election period has displayed such massive deception in action; in all forms of media, speech and civil disobedience. Less and less people are "fence sitters" and are being forced to take sides. This has become a time when millions are very uncomfortable with what the future may hold for them and rightly so. I am sorry to say for those who are troubled now, the future will not improve their lot in life and decisions will set their courses for eternity.

May this Martin Luther King, Jr. day, find you standing with the Truth and as the Word states: Jesus is the Way, the TRUTH and the Life.

Since you are so learned in the understanding of the parables as dealing with the Kingdom of God; why don't try illuminating my failures instead empty criticism.

I believe you should do a great more study on the Kingdom of God. Because the Kingdom of God has NOTHING to do with the false man made church system. The false church system seen today is IN and OF the world. You have quoted the Kingdom parables way out of context.
