Om Paramatmane Namaha.
It was 5:00 PM and I was having my 50 ml Tea in my special Cup exclusively kept just for my cup of Tea.I heard my little students enter my office premises and one little girl among six of my students say ' Om Paramatmane Namaha ' repeatedly.I was little surprised to hear and slowly went to my office to see what the little girl was doing,she had come for tution which she was taking tition in a language along with others.She had already taken out her books and was just looking at her book but was not saying anything.I said good evening children and asked who was saying ' Om Paramatmane Namaha ' and this little girl said Sir I said it. I asked her who taught her tose words and she said it was her teacher who told her to say thouse words repeatedly.in her class in Meditation Class.That was a good news to hear but the little girl was not told what was the meaning of those words.I took all the children to my office and told them to sit.I asked them to close their eyes since I wanted to tell them the meaning of ' Om Paramatmane Namaha " they all closed their eyes and took up meditation posture perfectly.
That was another surprise for me.These children studied in a Private School so this Meditation class was framed in to the time table.The other children of my tuition class studied in Govt Schools and there was no meditation there.The difference between Govt School and Private School is political.I returned home after my tuition and my wife was waiting to ask me if she could go to a meditation course that is being conducted in town I agreed as it was the fashion in town or city to go to meditation courses to achieve something that everybody wants these days which is to reduce their weight eating what ever they want and there are plenty of business in this area of making people healthy and getting themselves wealthy.
[ What is the Secret ?]
The secret is as I have found out , there are thousands of Meditation Gurus all over the world who are teaching Meditation and Yoga or only Meditation satisfying people and bringing a happy look on their faces.This happy face is a short term gain as people will not be interested in any improvement with regard to their look since they do not follow good diet and proper meditation along with yoga as required which takes a minimum of 60+ minutes daily which they will never get except some.Do not go to a teacher but go to a prayer hall where you are not bound to see one teacher but several intelligent people sitting meditating.Here there is no one looking at you but you can look at so many if there are so many.Otherwise you may just see none but some thing will be there to look at,even if there is none never mind.Do not close your eyes but keep seeing straight at what ever object you see and sit comfortably relax your body from your foot to your head through out your whole body. Please sit for as much time as possible but remember how long you were sitting at that place or where ever you would not be disturbed talking to you.If there is noice do not bother.This is the first step.
The next step is that you go to the same place and sit as long as possible note the time.Please note what I am saying is my own experience.Please repeat this as many days long as you feel bored.
You are now ready to start the next level do the same closing your eyes as long as you can for as many days as you get bored.You must not get bored at all if you do not any thoughts that come to your mind keep bothering you.Change the thought and keep changing your thoughts and keep doing it for as many days as you can.This level must be only for 20 minutes.
You are now ready after two levels to go to the next level.This is just like the previous level for the same 20 minutes and for as many days as you can but now you observe your breathing as you breath in and breath out.When you breath in hold the breadth for a second and breath out as slowly as possible.Do this for 7 days.
Now you are nearing the yoga school of your own.You have come a very long way that is a very positive sign and I must congratulate you here before you come near the yoga school.Now you have to sit on a carpet made of pure cotton if you cant get it fold a cotton bed sheet as thich as a carpet and sit on it with your body erect head looking straight with open eyes and observe your breathing as you inhale and exhale holding your breath for a second after you inhale completely and exhale slowly.Do this for 20 minutes for 7 days.
If you have come this far with out a break you do not know how much control you have on your body by your mind.This is awesome job you have done.You are now going to graduate from the yoga school and get your bachelor degree but you can get it only if you have not broken the lesson from the beginning so get it with out cheating yourself.
Now you are going in to your next post degree level.Practice this exercise for one month and be practicing till I came here after on month.Read the literature given below I do not give any name for my project / Hub here.

Don't think that meditation can make an observable difference in your life and appearance? This series of photos that Peter Seidler took before and after a month of meditation will convince you.
The series is called "Before and After" and Seidler tells Shambala Sun about the project:
This series of photos, titled “Before and After,” comes from a larger project called “Contemplatives,” a visual exploration of the physiological qualities of meditation practice. I set up the “Before and After” project to explore the observable effects on practitioners after long periods of intense meditation practice. The question is: what are the observable changes after a period of intense practice?
Each participant in the project was asked to simply sit for a portrait on first day of a sesson, a month-long meditation retreat. I photographed them against a consistent background. Prior to the photograph, I asked each person to consider what they were looking for in the practice period ahead. This was on day number one. Then, at the end of the program, after approximately thirty days of retreat, I asked each participant in the project to sit in front of the same background and asked each to consider what the experience of mediation retreat had been for them. The result is the series of photos. It’s clear from results that the person in every one of the portraits has undergone an important trans formative experience. I leave it to the viewer to draw their own conclusion.
