Nature of Human

Updated on July 5, 2017
Has no control over anger

Unligitimate partner, anywhere and everywhere they want it
Unligitimate partner, anywhere and everywhere they want it

The root is planted;

Deep inside our mind

The need is carved;

Hard to be denied

Demanding desire

Forbidden lust

Latent anger

Exploding rage

Hidden envy

Mischievous greed

Excessive laziness

Exaggerate obsession

And more...

Way more than those only!

These are the origin of madness

Sometimes companied by cynical logic

Hateful judgment

And threatening provocative acts

Many say it is natural

As human beings we are full of weaknesses

And nothing wrong by following the heart's desire

Because it is how God made us

What they said makes me wonder;

What did they think we really are?

A talking animal?

Animals and plants don’t have a mind

To think about avoiding their drive

Just following the natural map

And live through it day by day

To be hunted or to be hunter

To be food or to be feed

To live today without planning about another 10 years from now

To do what they have to do without any desire to invent a better way

Even so, many animals have shown great loyalty

Unconditional love

And great compassion toward their master

While human keep failing to do so

We have the ability to think

We have the ability to feel

We have the ability to creating something

We have the ability to turn the world around under our feet

We are able to choose our path and select our needs

To put priority in everything we do then make a decision using it

And last but never least, we have heart

There where the core of poetic thought comes from

There where understanding wisdom blooms

There where we feel love to our humanity

And there where the voice of God will reach us whenever it is necessary

Based on human heart

Based on wisdom and understanding

Reach to the world and shares our kindness

This is the nature of human

This is wisdom of morality

Religion taught the way

Explaining about how to live the life with it

But even without religion inside

Human will still be able to feel:

Also kindness

It is a natural part of the human heart

Something to show us that

We are better than animals

Or maybe we simply aren't?

What I Believe

Ability to overcome the ugly natural part of human;

To limit and control it,

It is what makes us human

    Gulnazahmad: Gul Naz dear, I am absolutely agree. In being positive we keep our good thought about God and it is like a prayer itself. In the end it will called those good things come to us as bless from Him. But in being negative, we lock our own greatness and dump it to the dumpster. Thank you, dear.

    A real thought provoking poem.

    God has given us the ability to control our action but still we are not using it in proper manner. Are we using it positively!!!! W e are weak because we do not want to show our weaknesses and the greatest weakness that we possess is that we can not use power in positive manner.

    I like those pictures very much, and those animals remind us, not to do such deviating deeds if we still want to have the predicate as a human.

    I love this hub Freya!! Your thoughts are mine. I agree with SilentReed, we humans are a mixture of good and bad. We have to work to overcome greed and hate. I love the picture of Princess Di, you can see the love in her face. I LOL at the animal pictures.

    Most of us have dual interpretation of ourselves. Our imperfection as well as our perfection. A kind of grotesque Dorian Gray caricature. Instead of keeping these two picture apart and in isolation,we must look at them together and gradually blend them into one.Guilt,shame and hatred are equally a part of our personality as love,kindness and generosity are. We strengthen ourselves by renouncing unacceptable and unworthy desires.To accept ourselves with our limitations also means that we recognize how variable and flexible our lives can be and as long as we live we have the privilege of growing and changing ourselves for the better.

    Without a spiritual identity(for all its good and bad)man would have died out long ago.An important sentiment Freya.;)
