What If

Every day in one fashion or another we are faced with experiences that make a huge question mark appear over our heads. When it comes to the paranormal, especially if you have to live with it daily, the questions become overwhelming and it always ends with 'What If'.

Often we do this because we are wanting to find other who have had similar experiences but do not know how to find the answers directly. Sometimes we ask the 'What If' questions in a jokingly manner again just trying to find answers without looking like we have lost our minds.

Below I am going to write out a few 'What If' questions and under I am going to place a poll, vote if you are lead to do so.. and share in the comment section if you are brave enough to share your experience.

Okay, let's get started.

What If.....

One morning while you were alone in your home; you heard a strange noise coming from the hallway. When you get up to see what it was you notice that a poster you had pinned to the wall with thumbtacks was lying on the floor and the thumbtacks were scattered around it. What would you think caused it?

My thoughts would be....

What If....

All of a sudden you seen someone appear outside standing in their favorite spot in their garden but that person was in the hospital going through major surgery? Do you believe in dreams and visions? Do you believe this could have been an out of body experience?

My Thoughts would be....

What If....

You found an article about a haunted location close to where you live and you decided to go visit this place to shoot some photography. At first everything seen normal but all of sudden strange little things began to happen?

My thoughts are....

True Story

I went to this local old cemetery that is supposed to be haunted and did some photography. My late husband went in one direction and I went in another direction and everything was fine. It was a warm day; hardly any breeze was blowing so I was just snapping a few pictures. I came to this one grave and all of sudden it was like stepping into an air-conditioning room. I had read in the article that many folks would experience “cold spots” in this cemetery but the article did not give a specific area. I found that pretty interesting but it was not enough to get my adrenaline moving.

I was drawn to the far back of the cemetery and was taking photos of this huge Georgia magnolia tree. I could feel a presence with me which “felt” like an older woman. The presence felt peaceful in some odd way. Nothing in that cemetery scared me or made the goose-pimples pop out. So my question is this- Have you experienced things in a cemetery but for whatever reason it did not bother you? Aren’t “hauntings” supposed to scare you and give you that automatic rush of adrenaline?

All of these "What If" questions actually happened to me. I have not found any solid answers but since having these things happen, I did learn bits and pieces from other people as to why these things could have happened.

The person standing in the garden... did pass away not too long after I seen them in the garden.

The experience with the poster remains a mystery.

Thank you Leslye for your comment, I greatly appreciate you stopping by and commenting. Thank you Moonlake for stopping by... One of the things I thought about with the cold spot was its location. If there are a lot of trees, that could cause a shield against the sun and a cool spot could be created. Lately, I have been experiencing a lot of cold spots that there is not explanation for.. so I am not real sure what that is about. To me, I do feel it is paranormal related only because the veil between the worlds are so thin...

I don't believe cold spots are paranormal. If they were I would be running into lots of ghosts. It can be a very hot day, but when I walk my path with the dogs I run into two very cold spots that make me feel like I need a jacket. Why they are there I have no idea. I just don't feel like it's paranormal. I do believe in ghost.

      Interesting hub.

I too have had some experiences of ghost, demonic and angelic. Yes, even the most suttle hints could be paranormal. First debunk if you can. Be skeptical. Demons can and will try to fool you.
