Peacock Ore

Introduction

Peacock Ore or also called Bornite is a stone of many colors. That is why it is most often called Peacock Ore. The colors can resemble the colors of a Peacock's feathers and are so fascinating to see. Not only is this stone so beautiful to look at but it actually can be very helpful. This stone has many magical properties and several helpful healing properties as well. It can prove to aid someone in ways that they probably couldn't even imagine if only you could will yourself to believe.

Crystal healing and magic is something I have been fascinated with for several years now and it is the one field of my religion that I happen to know the most about. Therefore I write the most about it. Peacock Ore is one that is not a part of my collection though I would once again love to have and it is on my holiday list for Santa to get for me. *Wink.Wink*.

Healing

In all of my hubs that I write about that bring up crystal healing I always like to make a quick note at some point that it is important to see a doctor or a professional healer before preforming crystal healing yourself unless you really know what you are doing. I am not a doctor. Personally I go to see my doctor and I sometimes will a combination of crystal healing and the medicine. Other times I'll do what she says if it doesn't work I'll then try it my way.

Now onto the interesting stuff. Peacock Ore, if placed above the waist can help regulate the flow of adrenaline. If you are one that suffers from too much acid, using this stone above the waist may also aid in that. This stone has also been known to increase levels of Potassium and decrease excess levels of Calcium when it is used above the waist. When it is used below the waist it can increase circulation of blood. It can do the opposite when it comes to acid. If you're one that needs acid then it will increase it. Peacock Ore will also stabilize sodium retention and stimulate adrenaline when used below the waist.

Altogether this stone is useful in treating cellular metabolism and in alternations of tissue within the body.

Magical Associations

Peacock Ore is a helpful stone when it comes to negative energy. It will protect its wear against any negative energy and it can also help one recognize negative energy as well. You do not necessarily have to wear the stone to protect you. You may decide to incorporate this stone in a spell to dispel negative energy. There are many different things you can do.

This stone has also been known to protect pregnant women and the baby they are carrying, keeping them both healthy as well as safe. A pregnant women may choose to wear this stone, create some kind of pouch spell incorporating this stone, whatever she may choose.

It is also said that it will protect against cerebral hemorrhage and heart attacks. Again you can choose to do with this information in whatever way you want. Pouches, wearing the stone, any kind of spells.

On a dark and dreary day this stone has been known to give one happiness that they need for it is a stone of happiness. It can help one to realize that life truly is an enjoyable experience. So if you are one that needs help realizing this maybe you'd like to try wearing this or carrying this stone around with you for a while.

When it comes to the Chakras this stone can aid in activating individual chakras at a time. I suggest using it during Chakra Meditations.

This stone has been known to bring a fresh and new feeling to one's life. It can also stimulate one's inner spirit to reach for further heights, by doing so it can increase your ability to enjoy happiness in the moment. Peacock ore is also a useful stone during re-birthing and re-uniting your emotions with your intellect.

Conclusion

There are so many ways this stone can prove to be helpful into your life. Just by placing it in the room you are in the most during a day you may start to feel happier. By carrying it you may realize that life is indeed enjoyable. Peacock Ore can help in improve your life both physical and emotional and you can do this by using this stone in many ways, by including it into your life in different ways. You do what you choose. Freedom is great isn't it? Happiness is as well for it seems to be so slim to none now. That is why a stone of happiness is just the right cure.

So peacock ore is lab made.... any kind or rock or mineral that is rainbow in color are typically made in a lab. Acid washed rocks and mineral will look like that. I have peacock ore and broke it... the inside is not colorful. But still it's pretty after the acid wash

I actually found quite a few in my backyard :) I always wondered what kind of stone this was. I think of it as fate that I have it since I have issues with my heart chakra, my heart in general, as well as GERD. I've been carrying it in my purse with me and my stomach doesn't get as upset now and Owlheart, my boyfriend, gave my Rose Quartz to help with my heart, though I think they're both working overtime since I usually have quite a bit of chest pain. To anyone who is considering getting this stone, I highly recommend it!

Thank you V and Gypsy48. I've seen peacock ore before but I just do not have one in my collection sadly enough. They are beautiful stones and I would not doubt it at all that they would indeed make beautiful jewelry.
