Please read Matthew 11:28-30

Anytime my daughter would have a bad day at school or with her friends, I would ask her what's wrong or what's annoying her. I wanted her to know that she can come to me. It's important that I can share my love with her, and let her know that everything will be alright.

That is exactly what God wants us to know. He wants us to come to HIM without fear and give Him all of our problems, frustrations, and worries to Him so that we can REST. Our Father in Heaven wants us to know that If we don't REST in the spirit, then we'll will be full of anxiety attacks and our anger can easily rule our hearts and minds.

Jesus Christ wants us to learn from Him. How? by reading His Word. Everything in the Bible that we read is giving us life. Every time we read His Word, It breathes in Life into us through His Living Word. Like the verses I put up there, these verses are giving your life to your spirit and wisdom to your soul and healing to your body. How's so?

Let's read proverbs.PROVERBS 4:20-23

When we Listen to His Words, we are actually resting in Christ. Keep the Word of God in the heart because when you embrace the Word of God, it gives you LIFE and HEALTH (EVERYTHING) to the FLESH! Keep your heart in Christ and give the issues to the Lord and allow the Holy Spirit to give you an open door to REST. Just let God do what He wants to do for you.

Short, concise and to the point. An interesting hub. Perhaps an image would add to your message.
