Rescue me quickly

Updated on January 8, 2014

Psalm 31:2-3

New International Version (NIV)

2 Turn your ear to me,
come quickly to my rescue;
be my rock of refuge,
a strong fortress to save me.
3 Since you are my rock and my fortress,
for the sake of your name lead and guide me.

We sometimes get ourselves into some big messes. At times we think what harm can it do, but later we end up suffering the affects that are not positive. Jesus has saved us all from death and we are to come to Him with all the issue's in our lives.

We can fail, but He can lift us up. Sometimes I myself seem to be so far from God, and I do get afraid but some circumstances I get myself into makes me want to hide under a rock. This past year has been a struggle but also blessings have come.

I lost my Momma last year on the 13th of January and I miss her so much. My sister won't talk to me, it's been a year. Something Momma told her that I know was not true. The pain of losing family really cuts our souls. Time will heal my wounds but I need Jesus to rescue me from some things that are not good in my life. Things I got into that only He can get me out of.

I pray all the prayers are said for me and my family enter the Kingdom of heaven right at Jesus' feet. I need Him so much.

Love Betty B.

      Christ gives peace and He gives strength and comfort to those who look to Him for help and never give up on Him. Never. He will come through. We must develop patience and wait on Him. He is our brother and friend and the best we could ever have or need. His love is divine!

      May God bless you in your time of trial and need.

      Jesusmy joy, Life presents many challenges at times. The passing of your Mom is difficult and the broken communication with you and your sister has further complicated things. You are still grieving. Have a good cry and try listening to some good familiar Gospel music to revive and uplift your soul! This will help from time to time, "Weeping may endure for a night but JOY comes in the morning." Father God I pray that this night of despair passes soon!

      Reaching out to the Lord is GOOD! Although it may not feel like it He is right there with you through all of this. "The JOY of the LORD is your strength!" Be Encouraged as you embrace your wonderful prayer. May the Peace of our Lord rest upon you in Jesus Name!

      In His Love, Grace, Peace & Blessings!
