The First of the Lower Chakras

In the chakra energy system, the heart is the midline. Anything below that (root, sacral, and solar plexus) are considered the lower chakras. It seems like a lot of time is spent on the upper chakras (heart, throat, third eye, and crown) that sometimes the lower ones get over looked. However, the lower ones are just as important as the rest. It is important to take care of them, so pay some special attention to getting them aligned!
