Salvation! Is It Really That Hard To Understand?

The Truth About Salvation.

Here are some Scriptures that will surely help you to understand the gift of salvation. These are all found in the Holy Bible, King James version. Once you start reading in the Word of God, you will be amazed how the spirit of the Lord will lead you what to read.

Jesus says that not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven, but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in Heaven. Reading this scripture will make one want to settle their Salvation once and for all.

Jesus says that whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess before my Father which is in Heaven, but whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in Heaven. What a blessing this is to read. Once you start confessing the name of Jesus, you have a stronger belief that you are saved.

Perhaps the most preached scripture is John 3:16-17 For God so loved the World, that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth on him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not his son into the World to condemn the World but that the World through him might be saved. This makes one want to experience this kind of love.

Romans 10:9-10 says that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. for with the heart man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. This scripture makes it so simple to understand the gift of Salvation.

Ephesians 2:8-9 says for by grace are you saved through faith and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast. No matter how good we think we are, or what great things we have done, our rightousness is as filthy rags to God.

It is my hope that these scriptures will help someone come to know Jesus.

Friends, please seek Jesus and repent of your sins before it's too late. What a glorious day it will be in Heaven one day. Don't let pride or anything else come between you and Jesus.

Jesus could return at any moment to gather his church. We are to be looking for his return and be found doing his will.

Praise the Lord!

I agree teacherjoe, that is right. Isaiah 55:6-7 may help with this--Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while is near: Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him: and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

      Good morning Paul.

Very beautifully said, but first we need to explain why men, women and children need salvation.

      Kepp up the good writing.

      God bless you.
