Satan's Goal

Updated on January 8, 2015

An Ultimate Chess Game?

Many people see life as a major chess game between God and Satan. I look at it just a bit differently.

The way I see it is, the chess game ended eons ago. It all happened in 1 move. God claimed checkmate and Lucifer bowed in defeat. The move: Jesus, God's Son, arising from the death that Satan and his followers caused. We know that day as Easter.

You ask then why so much evil still is being done? I see it as Satan is playing games with us and his ultimate goal makes no sense. That is what the devil is all about; nonsense. His game is chaos; pure chaos. He wants everything jumbled to a point that mankind will not trust God. He wants it that man and woman will not worship God. The game is Chaos.

He is accomplishing chaos too; look around you.

  1. Certain people think it's ok to kill babies in wombs.
  2. Certain people want no prayer in school.
  3. People fighting over oil.
  4. People killing other people for no viable reason.

I could go on and on. Look around you, ask your elders, this is not how it was twenty, thiry, forty years ago.

My question is: are you a part of the chaos?

Score Breakdown

If you got a 100%, GOOD FOR YOU! Now get out there and show and tell others.

If you are 75% or above, but not 100, I would say you are not helping the chaos, but you are not hurting it either. Take a look at your answers and any with a minus, you may take a hard look at it.

For those of you under 75%, you are part of the chaos. Sorry if that hurts your "feelings" but it is my responsibility to inform you of what you are missing.

When Jesus came into my heart, I felt a peace unlike any other. I watch chaos being caused around me daily, even hourly, but I know where I stand. You can too!

If you have a question on how to escape the chaos, just comment or even message me and I will show you the escape route.

To the right here are some very helpful links.

To stop the chaos-just proclaim Jesus Christ the Lord of your life.

Insightful hub you've got here,I really enjoyed reading it,but there is a point I would like to make if you don't mind, the GRACE of Jesus gotten through FAITH should not be forgotten in the spiritual battles and trials of chaos we face here on earth, without His GRACE all our attempts at being righteous and HOLY would be futile,it's the main thing that prevents satan from completely taking over our hearts in these hard times! And even if we mess things now and again, because of His Grace we will still overcome!Peace Froggy213!

I guess I am part of the Problem, I would have liked an unsure option on question number 6. On q 1, I said yes, but I am assuming the name of God is synonymous with my beilef in a Greater Power. q 7 I gave it a Yes, but what exactly does it mean "ask Jesus into your heart"? I am not arguing about any specific belief, I just feel there are many vague areas, that only the strongest believers can accept. Does that really make others more or less contributors to Chaos..
