Sleep Interruption Is One of The Basic Lucid Dream Induction Methods

The vast majority of living creatures on the planet earth have a normal sleep cycle that they keep throughout their daily cycle, every day. Even if their cycle is not exactly the same every day or every week, the average person has similar shifts of sleeping in their life.

Sleep interruption makes use of the sleep cycle to increase the chances of a person becoming aware that they are dreaming.

So What Exactly is Sleep Interruption?

Sleep interruption is a method of lucid dream induction that requires the sleeper to wake up during their regular sleep cycle.

There is more than one method of sleep interruption, and they have different requirements as to what portion of the sleep cycle the sleeper should wake up or when they can be used efficiently.
